Hotel full of surprises

First of all this hotel is not proper All inclusive. You will get here your meal only 3 times per day, so do not expect a food during all day. When we asked the stuff about snacks during the day they send us to the main building bar where was one plate for the all hotel with four tiny cakes from the breakfast.

Dinner starts not at 6pm but at 7pm. But at least you are allowed to take the food reserves into your room. Because of the food break from 3pm to 7pm. The hygiene in the hotel is super poor. Everyone I asked about their health confirmed me that they have diarrhea or that they vomited. Why I asked them is because all of my 9 member family had a health problems 2 days after we arrived to the hotel. I had to be even transported with my daughter and my girlfriend sister son to the hospital. Unfortunately it was that bad. I was 7 times in Egypt and this hotel is unfortunately my worst experience.

When we arrived we get with kids a rooms to the busy dusty street but after one day the offered us a swap for the rooms to the garden which are nicer and larger, but not really clean.

Do not expect a free bottle of water on the room you have to pay extra. Do you like ice cream? You will need to pay for it.

On the hotel is only one restaurant with only Egyptian food with possibility to use The Rustical restaurant once per stay, which has italiano-egyptian selection of the food and the overall quality better than in the hotel restaurant.

Service in the restaurant is quite ok, but sometimes annoying by asking you during eating or just relaxing to pass them used plates and cutlery. They don't have enough cups and glasses, so during the morning they putting the cups only on some tables, so when you don't have a cup you always have to chase the stuff to bring it on your table after couple days it's tiering. I do not recommend to drink in this hotel the soft drinks, and the water from the barrel because it's definitely not fresh water but mixed with tap water. They just saving the costs. After our health problems we were drinking only bottled water bought from the shop on the left side of the hotel entrance. I bought 6 bottles for 40 Egp. If the guy will have a problem with the price tell him that you will go somewhere else and he will happily accept your offer.

Beach is one of the main reason, why we selected this hotel. Even when is outflow there is still enough water to go for swim. The sand is mix of coarse and fine sand with some stones and corals under water. When you arrive to the hotel you get a towel card for each person with the number of your room. The sunbeds are old, but ok without possibility to book them for the next day. The really annoying thing was that stuff were throwing us out of the beach and pools at 5pm. You going on holidays to relax and enjoy your time not to be under some regime limiting you what you want to do. There are three slides and one of two pools good for kids, but I don't recommend to go here with them because of poor hygiene. If you like a pool bars there is one.

During my stay there was at 8:30pm every night kids disco at 9:15 different show for each day what was fine.

If you speak English don't expect the restaurant stuff to understand you they understand only the really basics.

The overall management of the hotel is poor we had to wait many times in the restaurant or for the ice cream for stuff to come to serve us.

If you fly back home you need to go to the reception and specially request a food travel package one day before. Our family with small kids didn't get anything because no one told us the details what should we do. At least this is good feedback for you. :)

For the record we used Sunflour travel agency.

So if you will ask me if I will be happy to visit this hotel again I will answer you definitely not. In Hurghada are tens of definitely better hotels with better services and management than...

Le Pacha Resort was not our choice of hotel. Our original hotel we booked EL Karma Aqua Beach resort had structural damage. So we were sent to Le Pacha Resort. When we arrived, the staff at reception were friendly when we checked in. We decided to change our English pounds at the hotel . The guy tried to rip us off. When we questioned him about the currency and asked for a receipt, he got angry and literally threw our money back at us. We found an exchange rate near the hotel, and we realised the guy at the hotel tried to rip us off by £800 Egyptian pounds. He did apologise later to my sister inlaw, but his behaviour was unacceptable, which was the first red flag. Then our nightmare began. We were the only British people there. Le Pacha Resort is full of German and Russian. They were very racist towards us and very intimidating. For the 14 days we stayed, there was hell. We suffered racial slur racist remarks and intimidation. The staff knew what was happening and chose to ignore what was happening to us. Only in the last couple of days at our stay staff members were asking us if we are ok, too little too late. Our hotel representative did nothing to help us change the hotel. We were left there to suffer. The food was awful it was the same food every single day, all Russian and German food. I had diraharea for 12 days. I ended up going to the pharmacy to get medication. The entertainment was only in German or Russian. We felt excluded and isolated . My sister inlaw was racially abused by a guy in the swimming pool he told her that we don't belong at this hotel, we should leave and find a British hotel, and we are not welcome here. So many horrible things happened to us here. I am still too traumatised to talk about it. My 13 year old boy does not want to talk about what happened he has never experienced such racial hatred before. The only time we were happy was when we went on excursions and went for walks to explore the area. The Egyptian people are so friendly and welcoming. They even told us we should not be staying at Le Pacha Resort it is well known for racial hatred . On a plus note, the hotel grounds are beautiful and well looked after. I have taken before pictures in the day and at night. The rooms are in desperate need of an update but are clean and comfortable. The guy who cleaned our room made beautiful sculptures every day out of towels , he left flower petals on our beds to cheer us up. I really did appreciate this kind gesture. The night-time security guard always made us feel welcome he would always talk to us and always had kind words . There are two swimming pools and a beach. The water slide needs to be updated it was only turned on for one hour twice a day. I would not stay at this hotel again. I would definitely visit Egypt again, but...

Travelled with my partner and my dad who’s 90, we’ve stayed at the majority of the beach hotels in the town centre which have better reviews, risking it a bit with the reviews for here.|How wrong we were, it’s brilliant. Yes the rooms are dated but clean and everything serves its purpose we’re in 1407 ground floor front and back door private patio veiw of the pool and manicured gardens and palm trees, air con works perfectly mini fridge, if you want to stock it yourself. Fill your water bottles in reception it won’t kill you.|The food is amazing always hot and plentiful different choices each day including home made chips that were the best, the usual chicken beef or fish. And something from the bbq.|The beach has a bar a snack bar, loads of sun beds. Bit rocky to get in but floated over them.|Reception made sure us English had a kettle to make a brew, brought our own Yorkshire tea bags 😉.|It’s a nice size, especially for my dad everything in close proximity beach 2 mins restaurant 2 mins pool 30 seconds, dining room is on the first floor and no lifts at all. We managed no problem.|The pools and gardens are well maintained it’s a beautiful little resort, and no crazy music blaring out all day.|You can actually relax.|We’re not for the animation, however we were invited, and they did have a show each evening again not for us.|We did take our own cups for beers on an evening shame to waste so much plastic each time you get a drink. And saves getting up every ten minutes, and the staff don’t mind.|In the town centre so all the hustle and bustle on your doorstep, brilliant for all your handbags and T shirts.|The marina 15 minutes walk away just turn right out of reception.|Very few English again no problem to us, but you’re missing a bargain. Give Le Pacha a try absolutely worth...

⭐☆☆☆☆ Le Pascha Hotel. Absolutely Not Recommended! This hotel is completely run-down and in no way deserves four stars! From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that the reception staff had no respect for guests – they were joking around and acting unprofessionally right from the first encounter, which is totally unacceptable in any hotel. The staff lack experience and professionalism, and they seem to have no idea what proper hospitality service means. The room had countless problems: a broken door handle, an extremely noisy air conditioner, a malfunctioning safe, and a two-hour water outage with no prior warning. Even worse, there was a broken marble slab in the bathroom that could have fallen at any moment – a direct danger to my family’s safety, especially since we have a child. They tried to silence me by changing our room after a full week of complaints. Later, they sent us a tray with some bananas, oranges, tea, and coffee – but forgot to provide a kettle for the water… how thoughtful!!! The food was almost the same every single day, and throughout my stay I suffered from stomach pain and diarrhea. Hygiene in the hotel is practically nonexistent. Ants were all over the rooms, and watering the gardens coincided with disgusting smells rising from the treated sewage water – to the point where you’d feel you needed a gas mask. Some employees were kind and helpful, but they were treated like slaves in this hotel… and some looked like they hadn’t washed their clothes in a month. Where is hotel regulation in Egypt? I suspect they are either asleep or corrupt. Staying here is not just risking ruining your vacation but also endangering your safety. My honest advice: stay away from this hotel and look for another place!

Tought I will really enjoy my well deserved vacation here, but it turned out to be a nightmare, the place is very dirty and unmaintained, bugs everywhere, the hotel receptionist are so dodgy, you wonder what is going on (there was one guy who turned out to be nice), every single day I've had to beg for the bad sheets to be changed in my room because every time they change them they are still dirty, the bathroom was horrible (see pictures), in order for myself to sort out the problems I've had I wanted to speak with hotel manager, and the front office manager introduced himself as the hotel manager, later on I found out that he wasn't the hotel manager, later I went to speak to the hotel manager and kinda sorted out my problems a little bit, fo manager told me that the questions that I'm asking and the problems I'm having I can find the answers on Google, very professional, the food was tasteless, the beach was okayish if you don't pay attention to the rocks and algae that are on the bottom, the drinks are served from plastic cups, and much much more, I would rather pay extra 50€ for different hotel which my friends had, then waste my time there, I was there for 10 days and out of that whole time I "enjoyed" maybe 3-4 days after all of my complaints. Please see pictures, don't even think of booking this hotel because it's so horrible that I'm still recovering from the mental damage I survived there. Please see pictures that k you.
