Sheraton Plaza Hurghada — Local services in Red Sea

The place Is close to Sheraton road a famous place in hurghada. The studio is cozy and very beautiful. It was very clean and I didnt see any small insects. Everything you need is in it. When I sit on the balcony I can see the pool. It's very nice and quite place. And very important for me that dogs are allowed. The staff is very friendly. If you want something you can tell them and they go and take it. The host was waiting me when I arrived. He give me the keys and explains all. He is a very friendly man. This place is really a must if you go on vacation. I know because I was in so many places before and so many dirty appartement. We booked this room on bookings. We could cancel up to yesterday without charge however today it costs full price to cancel. When we arrived we were shocked by how dirty the flat was and that it was privately owned we thought we were booking into a hotel we were also under the impression that a beach was available which there is not. There are beaches in the area you can visit and pay to use. The attendance at the lobby were very accommodating and have been just lovely. The compound it self was very dirty. I wish I had pictures of the pool to share with the sand on the bottom and the lounge chairs that were filthy. There are light fixtures hanging by wires. I do not recommend...

I have rented the Apartment 211 in Sheraton Plaza beginning of August. I was very disapointed : Breadcrumbs on the table, fingernails on the coffeetable (!), dirty bedsheets (!!), mounds of dust in the kitchen. Clearly, the apartment 211 had not been cleaned for quite some time. Even the building felt both 'unfinished' and 'neglected' : Cigarette buds and empty coffee cups in the pool area, dirty lounge chairs, construction workers leaving rests of food in their work area.

All in all, Apartment 211 in Sharaton Plaza is definitely not the place and environment where you would want to spend...
