From the Hurghada airport to the hotel we took a taxi that should take around 15 mins and this was a real nightmare, a driver that wanted to take all the money he could from us, and the car had motor problems on the road. When we finally arrived at the hotel we entered as quickly as possible and we asked some support from the reception about the taxi driver behaviour. Unfortunately the reception was not helpful at all and we could see they knew what's going on but they simply don't protect their customers, also we only had euros with us and when I asked if he could change it to Egyptian pounds or do a cash advance to our room the reception refused. The only solution we had was to go to the nearest atm that is next to the hotel and we had the taxi driver behind us asking to get in the taxi again, horrible, this was quite scary and I suggest everyone to take a uber from the airport and run away from this possible scenario. Internet at the hotel basically doesn't exist, it's so so bad that you can't use it. We were expecting this so we totally recommend anyone to buy a Sim card in Egypt, the best providers are Vodafone and Orange. The first day when we arrived at our room we found it dirty, one dead insect in the shower. We had problems with the safe that was solved once for good but be informed that the telephone in the room its only for decoration, I asked the reception and they told me that. There is some part of the hotel that is still under construction but honestly this was not a problem for us but I think it would be good to finish the work in the near future. Our room was OK with balcony and a there is a fridge. The TV had 15 channels but not all of them working. We didn't care about it. Don't expect any amenities. We had a very bad quality shower gel inside the shower but I suggest not to use it due to the bad quality of it. Go to any shop close by and buy one. For us one of the worst things at this hotel is the organisation but you will find it more seriously at the restaurant. Please be prepared to run to get a clean table, or to get food. Not sure if the corona situation made it more complicated or not but I can't imagine how it will be when the hotel will be fully booked. It was a nightmare to get food, or simply to ask for a drink served in plastic cups. I almost forgot what is to drink from a normal glass during this 2 weeks. Some people they don't respect the line to get food but also the hotel they don't do nothing to implement any change about it. If I would go in details about it I would need to write a book. The food was repeated several times during the 2 weeks and there were no different food themes. The food was always cold when we arrived at the table also because you will need to run behind the waiters to find cutlery. When I say run please believe its the true meaning of the word.It was a relief when I could finally sit at the table. Here at the restaurant you will also find amazing people doing what they can to help you feel good during your lunch or dinner but they can't do miracles when there is not enough people working. Please, to the hotel manager and also the manager on duty try to provide to your workers some better quality of work  this will also improve the service. Several times we found 1 waiter working equivalent to 3 persons this is not normal or acceptable. I would like to send a special thanks here to Mr Fares who work at the restaurant as a waiter and did an amazing job all the time doing his best to make us feel good. He is very talented in his work and has proper training and competence. Saying thanks is not enough comparing to the work he does there. Also attention with the food, because we had some issues with our belly and unfortunately other people at the hotel had the same problem. Short trip to Egypt with family in winter time: this hotel has many advantages and only some things that aren't positive. Location: directly are the sea with a private bay lies the hotel. There's a well maintained sandy beach that even is good for small children. Only the water is in January a bit chilly - too cold for small children. At the opposite side there's the Sheraton Road with many shops and nightlife. So you can have a nice walk right outside of the hotel. Buildings/rooms: there's much work to do, but they are already active. Some floors are completely under construction. The room we stayed in was okay with some flaws like unfixed screws and a not sealed shower cabin. Unfortunately none of the pools were heated, so our children didn't swim at all. At the check-in we were offered a free upgrade. We had booked a bungalow with garden view to have a quiet place to stay. With a little hesitation we agreed. So we stayed at a room at the third floor with pool view near the beach. The room included a balcony big enough to sit on with the whole family with a large double winged glass door. Later I had the opportunity to have a look inside of one of the bungalows. The only window they have is small with yellowish glass - you need lights on inside during the whole day. Hint: if you don't need a room for sleeping only don't book a bungalow even if it would be a pleasure to sit on it's terrace with a view at the beautiful and very good maintained garden. Food: sometimes it needs more spices and some food may be overcooked. But there will always be enough and with a sufficient variety. With all inclusive you can eat something almost the whole day at different places. The offer to eat at one of two a la carte restaurants once a week for free sounds more interesting than it is. In the grill restaurant you will receive a fixed menu with no options. The quality is fair. The Italian restaurant had the "problem" that my family is native Italian. So we judge it more as an Egyptian adaption of Italian food. ;) Staff: honest, active and almost always super friendly and helpful. E.g. the forth day we took place at the bar we just had been sit down for two minutes we got our favorite drinks without asking. Another: we had forgotten to order a lunch box the evening before an excursion. In spite of that they made it possible to take boxes with us to the excursion - at 4 o'clock in the morning. Hint: take with you many small Euro notes! The staff members receive many coins which they cannot use or change and appreciate the exchange into notes more than another coin as "bakshish". But be aware of the additional weight during the flight back. :D A nice place to stay.

Money valued service: Location.... Perfect, In the center of hurghada. All kind of transportation is available & i recommend the microbus & the careem service better from the orange taxi. Entertainment.... Amazing. Full day program 1. Early morning Zumba on the beach. 2. Then Aqua aerobics. 3. Banana boat. 4. Diving center. 5. Beautiful free diving spot inside the resort sea area. 6. Parasailing (Parashute with boat). 7. A full day journey to Gefton islands. 8. Journey by glass bottom semi-submarine boat. 9. Pedal boat. 10. Music all day from all types. 11. Afternoon beach party. 12. Beach volley ball (my favourite). 13. Table tennis. 14. Tennis play ground 15. Spa & health center. 16. Camel riding. 17. High quality henna tattoo on beach which is skin friendly, for men & women 18. Two different swimming pools. 19. Small Aqua park. 20. A different show every night at 9.30PM 21. Disco room which is begin at 11.00PM 22. Everything inside the resort is green like walking in the forest of palm trees. 23. The beach used to be Rockey beach but now part of it only is rocky, but they are continuing on the track of making it a sandy beach.👍 24. Small kids garden area available. 25. Billiards table is available at the reception next to the Disco. Food & Drinks...reasonable quality for the price. 1. all kind of drinks available on the beach. 2. Very close to fish ring market. (fresh fish with people to cook it). 3. Next to all types of restaurants outside. Disadvantage: 1. Need more people to serve. 2. Maintenance issues especially in air-conditioning, water heating & the fridge, very old devices but they response quickly for any fixation. Generally it was OK, especially it is family friendly environment. I recommend when any one go to any hotel he must check everything in the room first from lighting, cleanliness to water heating before they deliver his bags into it & Enjoy 👍

I want to start by saying this place is amazing! The personal is so nice and great and everyone is so kind! If you see any bad comments like “rude” or “they changed our room to a worst one” I can explain why. There are so many people in this resort (Guests, not employees) that feel so entitled. They act rude, never say thank you or please or even hi. For reference, I just had a woman in front of me in line saying “chicken” to the chef, no thank you, no please, no hi. Then do not complain if the employees are not the nicest with you or they changed your room! Other than this, me and my partner have been so kind and nice to every employee and they are very very friendly and also funny I would say! They are nice people and the resort is situated in a very good place, with many shops around and restaurants or fast foods. At night the city is so pretty, very recommended to visit! During the day is pretty too, but less shops are open! So I recommend to visit the city at night, from 7pm is great! There is also a very cheap supermarket with European food brands, for very cheap, if u are interested! Very good experience, we still have 6 days so I might write a final comment at the end of my vacation! For reference I am Italian and my partner German. We really like it here! (Also: Egyptian beer is actually good! But for the Italians: be careful to the pasta in the buffet, not the best one, but still good! Ask for red sauce pasta, which is tomatoes, it is better than the white sauce). Also, the gym is very good and the spa too! We did so many massage, if you bargain well they give you a very good price! The desert safari is also good, a little short and finished at 18:30 not 20 (6:30pm not 8pm) so we were a little disappointed, but the tour guide was nice!

Disco room which is begin at 11.00PM 22. Everything inside the resort is green like walking in the forest of palm trees. 23. The beach used to be Rockey beach but now part of it only is rocky, but they are continuing on the track of making it a sandy beach.👍 24. Small kids garden area available. 25. Billiards table is available at the reception next to the Disco. Food & Drinks...reasonable quality for the price. 1. all kind of drinks available on the beach. 2. Very close to fish ring market. (fresh fish with people to cook it). 3. Next to all types of restaurants outside. Disadvantage: 1. Need more people to serve. 2. Maintenance issues especially in air-conditioning, water heating & the fridge, very old devices but they response quickly for any fixation. Generally it was OK, especially it is family friendly environment. I recommend when any one go to any hotel he must check everything in the room first from lighting, cleanliness to water heating before they deliver his bags into it & Enjoy 👍

I want to start by saying this place is amazing! The personal is so nice and great and everyone is so kind! If you see any bad comments like “rude” or “they changed our room to a worst one” I can explain why. There are so many people in this resort (Guests, not employees) that feel so entitled. They act rude, never say thank you or please or even hi. For reference, I just had a woman in front of me in line saying “chicken” to the chef, no thank you, no please, no hi. Then do not complain if the employees are not the nicest with you or they changed your room! Other than this, me and my partner have been so kind and nice to every employee and they are very very friendly and also funny I would say! They are nice people and the resort is situated in a very good place, with many shops around and restaurants or fast foods. At night the city is so pretty, very recommended to visit! During the day is pretty too, but less shops are open! So I recommend to visit the city at night, from 7pm is great! There is also a very cheap supermarket with European food brands, for very cheap, if u are interested! Very good experience, we still have 6 days so I might write a final comment at the end of my vacation! For reference I am Italian and my partner German. We really like it here! (Also: Egyptian beer is actually good! But for the Italians: be careful to the pasta in the buffet, not the best one, but still good! Ask for red sauce pasta, which is tomatoes, it is better than the white sauce). Also, the gym is very good and the spa too! We did so many massage, if you bargain well they give you a very good price! The desert safari is also good, a little short and finished at 18:30 not 20 (6:30pm not 8pm) so we were a little disappointed, but the tour guide was nice!
