الكرم الشامي - Elkaram el Shamy — Restaurant in Red Sea

The food is horrible, the name says karam el shemy, which means generosity of el shemy... Well that title is the most ironic thing i have ever seen. The Shawarma sandwich was empty just bread and garlic sauce and it tasted bad. The salad looked like it was older than me (I'm 20) ,Even the taggen shawrma had nothing but rice to that top and a minuscule layer if non existent once in a while peace of shawrma. The taggen was like almost 200 EGP, this is just unacceptable. If you look at the picture the part on the left where the hill of rice is.. now imagine this but the whole plate. And then I complained to them that it had no shawrma in it the guy looked at me weirdly then brought the manger. The manger kept arguing and tell me that it should be like this and that I'm an idiot basically then looked me like I'm tripping and then told me that he will add some shawarma and bring it back.. service is unacceptable. DON'T COME HERE ANY OTHER PLACE WOULD...

This is my second time here in just one week. The food, especially the grilled chicken, is absolutely amazing — I would say it's the best on the entire street! I loved my experience in Egypt, especially in Hurghada.

This place is charming, with incredible energy and great menu options. The roasted chicken is better than KFC. The shawarma is fresh, and the spicy toum (garlic sauce) is simply wonderful. The grilled chicken with rice is super tender and very well seasoned.

I would recommend this place to anyone in Hurghada — you definitely won’t be disappointed!

Great value for money and delicious food! We liked the food and service so much that we kept coming back. Some of our favorite dishes include: mix grill, fried chicken, roasted chicken, and both chicken and beef shawarmas.

Whatever you need, they will do their best to prepare it the way you want. We will definitely come back. A beautiful place, a true hidden...

It was lunch time and we decided to go for a syrian style place while we at first found the table very dirty and we cleaned it ourselves when no one even offered to help 😅😅 we ordered a chicken zinger sandwich which was supposed to be in French bread, it came in fino instead of french it was so small the chicken wasn't very bad but not fresh at all. we also ordered beef shawarma which was so dry. the last thing we ordered is cheesy chicken shawarma fatteh and it was the worst of all the chicken literally stinks with weird cheese taste and unseasoned rice. I have to say it was my second visit and i'm sure it's the last. It was a disastrous experience where portions are tiny, food is not fresh while even some plates where stinky and smelly. I do not recommend...
