The hostel is in a prime location on Sheraton Street, right in the heart of Hurghada. It's just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Red Sea. The area is lively and full of shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it ideal for travelers who want to explore Hurghada's vibrant atmosphere. The hostel is also very close to the Sea Gull Resort, which is easy to spot, and it's just a 15-minute drive from Hurghada International Airport. This made getting around incredibly convenient.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and modern, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. I stayed dormitory, and it was excellent. The private room also was spacious, with a cozy bed, air-conditioning, and a desk to work or plan activities. The shared dormitory was equally well-kept, with clean bedding and a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated that the rooms are designed with privacy in mind, giving you space without feeling cramped.

The hostel offers free Wi-Fi, which was strong enough for me to work remotely during the day. I also loved the breakfast provided each morning—simple, yet delicious, and a great way to start the day. The shared kitchen was a bonus for those who prefer to cook their own meals.

We originally booked this hotel for two nights on booking. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel asked me to pay a much higher fee than the fee shown on booking. So I asked the staff why the fee was so high, and I gave him my phone. He kept operating my phone. Later I found out that he cancelled my order without my consent, so my phone cancelled my order, probably because he was afraid that I would give a bad review. And his attitude was very bad, and he yelled at me very loudly. I also told him that I just needed to know why I had to pay more. I have used booking so many times and stayed in many hotels in Egypt. Other hotels did not charge extra fees. You have to prove it to me. Why should I pay more? He told me that it was a tax in Hurghada and said that all hotel customers had to pay this tax. But I asked a few Chinese people, because they paid online, they were not charged extra taxes and other fees. In the end, I still paid a much higher price than the booking price. This is actually not a big deal, because we are very tired from traveling, but the attitude of the staff made us very unhappy. I hope he can explain the tax to customers calmly in the future, because we are consumers, we have the right to know why we are charged more, and others did not pay more taxes, but we did.
