El Safwa Resort — Hotel in New Cairo City

El Safwa Resort is a residential compound in New Cairo where villas, apartment and rooms are available to rent only. It has been landscaped very well and there's a large artificial lake in the center that is quickly accessible by every villa through a meandering course. The lake is open to swim for every tenant. The landscaping has been taken good care of by the gardeners regularly. Some duplex apartments offer a rooftop garden as well. The compound also has a small, congested gym, a sports arena with two tennis courts - one of which doubles as a basketball court - a small running track of 135 m, and two hot water pools at no additional cost as long as one is a tenant and already paying a hefty price for one's stay. There is a basement parking lot, as well as parking spots in front of the apartments, and close to the villas (but outside the compound). The compound is quite green on the inside and a treat to sit outdoors - if one can stand the flies during the day and mosquitos at night.

The staff is very kind and amiable. However, the senior management and owners are quite arrogant and unhelpful almost at all times. The compound is a lovely place due to the rest of the staff. Their customer care is not very efficient.

The cleanliness of the compound is impeccable. There is a lot of construction taking place all around El Safwa Compound at the time of this writing due to which there is a lot of unwanted dust and noise pollution...

Al Safwa Resort is an absolute gem! My family and I had the most incredible stay in villa 8B and flat 7B. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the wonderful Mr. Ahmed, whose smiling face and friendly attitude made us feel right at home. His presence and attention to our needs throughout our stay were truly exceptional. I must also extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Eid, who originally introduced us to this fantastic resort. His warm welcome set the tone for our entire experience.

Furthermore, I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Ali and Mr. Ameer from the financial department. Their high level of professionalism, helpful attitude, and friendliness made our interactions a pleasure. The entire staff, including the reception team and security personnel, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic stay. Their helpful and friendly demeanor truly made a lasting impression on us.

I had a wonderful experience at El Safwa Resort. The resort offers a wide variety of accommodation options, ranging from studios to spacious villas with up to 5 bedrooms, making it perfect for families, friends, or even business trips.

The rooms were clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic — there are three commercial malls within just a one-minute walk, and Cairo Festival City shopping center is only about 7 minutes away by car.

They also provide convenient airport pickup, which adds to the hassle-free experience. All the facilities are of high quality, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay.
