Unforgettable bad experience, I will start from beginning to be easy to list the bad experience,

First they have the menu on QR code and does not have WiFi and does not have written menu, therefore we hade to pass one phone around for the menu.

Then no one to take the order, and finally we gave the order to supervisor, and thought the life will be easy from here, we ordered 2 San and 2 mix grilled, the food did not come together, when we asked they said mix grilled takes more time, but we highlight that we want the food to share and do not want to wait half of the food, also that was not ever briefed to us, so we make it clear to them that all food together, or they make it clear to us that the food cannot come together! It end up the supervisor close the discussion in unprofessional way, with hand and bad body language.

Then we found in the menu watermelon juice for my son, when I order the waiter said we have it in plates not in juice, I asked him it’s in the menu, said only platter, I said the platter in dessert but the juice in the beverage menu, said then the juice is not available, WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO BLIND THE WATERMILON PLATTER INTO JUICE ?!

Then the rest of the food came, the mix grill, with French fries, I asked for ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard, said they only have ketchup, and will bring you 2 ketchup, he took long time and after we are done with the fries he came with only one.

The manager, Mahmoud, went out of his way to ensure that we had a memorable dining experience. Our waiter, Ahmad, was not only attentive but also very friendly, making the whole evening even more enjoyable.

Our recent visit to this café was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had in quite some time. Despite the cozy-looking setup from the outside, the reality inside told a very different story.

To begin with, the food arrived cold — not lukewarm, not slightly off — but genuinely cold, as if it had been sitting out for far too long before being brought to the table. There was no apology or attempt to fix it either. When we tried to flag someone down to address it, we were met with indifference. The staff, rather than being welcoming or attentive, seemed disinterested and dismissive throughout. Simple requests felt like a burden to them, and any interaction lacked even the most basic courtesy.

The most uncomfortable aspect of the visit, however, was the smoke. Indoor smoking was happening all around us without restriction, making it nearly impossible to enjoy our time or our meal. For a supposedly indoor family-friendly setting, the complete disregard for non-smokers or any kind of smoke-free environment was baffling.

In summary, between the cold food, the inattentive and rude service, and the overwhelming smoke indoors, this was not just a poor experience — it was unacceptable. Would...
