I’m writing to express my deep concern about a very upsetting incident that happened during our recent visit to Brass Monkey.

While we were bowling, a serious altercation broke out between members of the staff and a group of guests. It started with shouting and the use of indecent language. Shockingly, no one from management stepped in to calm the situation. Instead, a few other guests tried to intervene in order to restore some order so everyone could continue playing.

Unfortunately, about half an hour later, the fight escalated again. Guests were running toward the staff throughout the bowling area, and the screaming was extremely loud and chaotic. It felt completely out of control and unsafe for everyone nearby.

We paid as quickly as we could and left the venue, but it left us with a very bad impression. What was meant to be a fun night turned into a stressful and disturbing experience.

I hope Brass Monkey takes this seriously and implements better management and security protocols. Situations like this should never be allowed to spiral the way...

I I wish I had the chance to rate this place, but unfortunately, I couldn’t because they wouldn’t allow me to add an extra person. I had reserved for two people on Wednesday for a Saturday visit. After asking me about our social media accounts, genders, and names (like I’m applying for a job 😂), they finally approved the reservation.

However, I messaged them on Thursday to request adding another person. They asked for her social media account and told me it was subject to availability. After that, they didn’t reply, so I sent a reminder on Friday. Finally, they responded and informed me they couldn’t add the extra person.

I then called to explain that she was just one additional person and that the delay in my request was their fault. The person I spoke to said the reply was sent early that morning and that she forgot to respond to me. Because of this, I ended up canceling my reservation.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. They are completely unprofessional and are overcomplicating things for an arcade place that really doesn’t need all...
