CAF Cafe - 5A — Restaurant in Cairo

I am drinking coffee every other day there. Today I asked for my coffee in a ceramic cup as usual but the staff started to offer me paper cup as they don’t have the size I ordered in a ceramic cup. I agreed to get smaller ceramic cup to get shocked by them serving my coffee in a ceramic cup without plate! And they refused to get me a plate pretending that the ceramic cups is only for the staff! And we gave it to you especially! Which is very weird and unprofessional as I used to drink a coffee in this place and I used to get my coffee in a ceramic cup with plate!

The Spanish latte is outstanding and the coffee beans is great and roasted perfectly . But the staff need more training in serving...

I used to love this place so much, until yesterday. I was sitting and went to work on stuff, so I went up to the cashier and asked for the WiFi password. They were being so nice and gave it to me. So, I sat down and started working waiting for my friends. After a little bit one of the guys came up to me and was like “is the WiFi working well?” I said “yeah it’s good thank you” and honestly I didn’t check it when he asked cause it was working well once I used it. After he left I was like “why would he ask me that all of a sudden” I then checked the WiFi and found out they cut it off. I then realised they did that cause I didn’t order yet, which is so...

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received during my last visit. The staff was unprofessional and rude. When we asked for a cup to put our drink in, the staff member handed it over with a poor attitude. Additionally, when we requested a bag, we were given a used one in a similarly unpleasant manner.

I have previously enjoyed drinking from this establishment in Kuwait and Egypt, but this recent experience has left me feeling let down. It is disheartening to encounter such poor customer service and I hope that steps will be taken to improve the behavior of the staff...
