The location is absolutely perfect—had great restaurants, and easy transportation options. Whether we were sightseeing or just exploring the local area, everything was conveniently within reach.

A special mention must go to the General Manager, who was incredibly attentive and hands-on throughout our stay. His professionalism, warmth, and personal touch truly made a difference, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. He was also able to arrange visits to cultural dinners, tours, and the Mercado (largest market in Africa). He made our stay perfect, and at a great value!!

We recently visited as an extended family of 13, booking 6 rooms. The staff made sure we were all on the same floor with the appropriate people in the rooms that made most sense for each respective family. The staff wow'ed me. They were the most kind and helpful people. They never said it out loud but I noticed anytime my toddler was running around playing in the lobby, staff made sure to stand up and block the front doors to help keep him inside. It was little things like that, that I noticed, appreciated, and what I believe makes this hotel stand out. The transportation was seamless, with drivers all happy, kind, and accomodating.
