Pubic hairs everywhere, on a supposedly clean on arrival at the hotel. Our bed, and room was literally like that. Never ever more.
Edit (in response to the owner’s reply): I only left the review now because I was cleaning out my photo gallery, and at the time I wasn’t able to leave the review immediately. Between travelling and work, time went by — but as soon as I saw the photos again, I felt the same disgust, and I knew I couldn’t let this situation go unreported. It was a disgrace and completely disrespectful. And believe me… if I’m leaving a bad review, it’s because the experience was really, really bad! I’m usually very understanding when it comes to issues that might be out of someone’s control — these things happen, but what happened that night went far beyond what anyone should tolerate. We had a child with us, the room we booked wasn’t available, we had to change the sheets ourselves, we asked for two sets of sheets, we were going up and down… We arrived at the hotel at 11pm and only went to bed at 2am. It was shameful, and these are the kinds of situations that must always...
Read moreWe were really impressed with this hotel and couldn't fault anything. We had a room for four and it was exactly like the pictures! It had an excellent layout and meant our children had a little privacy and their own space in the bunk beds.||The hotel was spotlessly clean, provided a mini kettle and toiletries and was well-equipped. It didn't have air conditioning but there was a very powerful stand fan and the windows opened also. We took advantage of the parking which we were very grateful for as parking is difficult in this area - it was EUR12 per day which was reasonable. We didn't try the breakfast but there is a beautiful boulangerie a minute's walk away as well as other shops and amenities. It's conveniently located about a 10 minute walk from La Defense station which is the first stop on the metro line in to Paris and is also on the RER line so transport links are excellent. We cam back at around midnight after our first evening exploring Paris and reception still had someone available to let us in, so it is a 24hour hotel! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend...
Read moreWe had two nights in Paris on our way back from our holiday in Provence. This hotel suited us well as there is parking on site (for a small extra charge) and it is only a few minutes' walk to La Defense metro station. Good local selection of restaurants in the evening. Rooms were hot but fans were provided. Beds were comfy. We had booked a family room with a double and twin beds but unfortunately that room was unavailable when we arrived - however as it was their mistake, the friendly receptionist was able to resolve this by giving us 2 rooms: one with two doubles and an additional double room for both nights at no extra cost. After we checked out and on our way home my son realised he had left one of his airpods in the room. We sent the hotel a message, they confirmed they had found it, then proceeded to arrange for it to be posted back to us in the UK for just the cost of the postage - amazingly it didn't even take too long to arrive. We were very impressed! Good service, nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff - we would...
