Aparthotel Adagio Access La Défense Place Charras — Hotel in Arrondissement of Nanterre

I stayed there alone for 5 nights in July'25 on a business trip.

Rooms: Rooms are average size. Not too big - not too small. So is the bathroom. I was allotted the front facing room with view of Eiffel tower. Bed and pillows were good. The kitchen had all basic utensils. There was a big wardrobe and a small dining table. I was on 10th floor. The room had a full-size window which would give a good view and also enough ventilation. The room was clean and smelled fresh despite being one with kitchen.

Service: The cleaning service was good. No complains. The issue was with the water pressure and temperature of showers. The pressure was inconsistent, and the water temperature would fluctuate between very hot to very cold. The breakfast was above average with lots of options, even for vegetarians.

Location: This is the best part of this hotel. It's right next to the business district of Paris. Very conveniently located. Though it's not in the middle of the city still very well connected to the city by the metro service - La Defense station. The huge shopping mall is at a walking distance. And there are lots of places to eat at 5 mins walking distance. The location felt very safe with a very big garden just next to the building.

Summary - The location is the best part of the hotel. Is it value for money? - I would say yes if you are looking for a place to stay with good location and average...

An allen Tagen konnte von der Familie maximal 1 Person warm duschen. Innerhalb weniger Minuten kam nur noch eiskaltes Wasser.

Auch durch die Reklamation wurde keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Der freundliche Portier war sehr bemüht, scheiterte aber an der Infrastruktur und dem Management vor Ort.

Der Managing Director war eine Frechheit. In Gegenwart des Kunden zeigte er keinerlei Engagement zur Behebung der Mängel. Im Gegenteil, er ignorierte die Kunden und kommunizierte nur mit dem Portier. An den Sprachkenntnissen lag es jedenfalls nicht. Er war einfach ein eingebildeter Typ.

Das Zimmer an sich ist in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand und die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Glücklicherweise waren wir nur wenige Tage dort und die meiste Zeit unzerwegs, um die Stadt anzuschauen.

Einzig positiv bleibt der Portier, die große Dachterrasse und die recht zentrale Lage zu nennen. Damit können wir den 1 Stern gerade noch irgendwie vertreten. English version

On all days, a maximum of 1 person from the family could take a warm shower. Within a few minutes only ice cold water came.

Also by the complaint no remedy was provided. The friendly porter was very eager, but failed because of the infrastructure and management on site.

The managing director was an impertinence. In the presence of the customer, he showed no commitment to remedy the deficiencies. On the contrary, he ignored the customers and communicated only with the porter. In any case, it was not due to language skills. He was simply a conceited guy.

The room itself is in need of renovation and the cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. Fortunately, we were only there for a few days and most of the time we were out to see the city.

The only positive thing is the porter, the large roof terrace and the quite central location. With this we can just somehow represent the 1 star. French version

Si je pouvais donner 0 point pour Zinmer et le service, je le ferais.

Tous les jours, une personne au maximum de la famille a pu prendre une douche chaude. En quelques minutes, il n'y avait plus que de l'eau glacée.

Même en faisant une réclamation, aucune solution n'a été trouvée. L'aimable portier a fait de son mieux, mais il a échoué à cause de l'infrastructure et de la gestion sur place.

Le directeur général était insolent. En présence du client, il n'a fait preuve d'aucun engagement pour remédier aux défauts. Au contraire, il ignorait les clients et ne communiquait qu'avec le portier. En tout cas, ce n'était pas à cause de ses connaissances linguistiques. C'était simplement un prétentieux.

La chambre en elle-même a besoin d'être rénovée et la propreté laisse également à désirer. Heureusement, nous n'y sommes restés que quelques jours et avons passé la plupart du temps à visiter la ville.

Les seuls points positifs sont le concierge, la grande terrasse sur le toit et la situation centrale. Cela nous permet tout juste de défendre la...

Stayed here with 6 (room for 2 on the 7th floor and a room for 4 on the 14th, top, floor) for 5 nights. Clean rooms, but a bit small. Bathroom was also pretty small. The higher the floor your room is at, the lower the water pressure (also for the toilet). There’s hot and cold water. If you’re lucky and your room is at the right side of the hotel, you’ll have an amazing view of the Eiffel tower. Some rooms have a small balcony. The stairs in the room were very narrow and steep. In our 4 person room we had: a single bed, a two person bed, a (pullout) couch, a table, 4 chairs (2 normal, 2 folding) and 2 closets. There’s a water dispenser (cold, sparkling and hot water) in the lobby. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station and about 30-40 minutes with the metro to most touristic attractions. There are enough supermarkets and “boulangeries” in the area. Good price-quality ratio. It’s not expensive, which is noticeable, but it’s not like it’s gross and unkept.
