PROS: Great communication with the staff (in English & French). Quiet room (as requested) and hotel surroundings. Excellent location for our 1-week stay in Paris (close to one of the largest shopping & business areas in Paris - La Defense). Well connected to the city via bus (in front of the hotel) or via Metro/RER (Defense stations - walking distance ~ 10 minutes). Acceptable room size and good space around the kitchen area. Access to the rooms via 2 elevators or via stairs. 32" Smart tv with cable tv and good wifi signal. Plenty of plugs (EU type) including plug - 2xmini usb charging ports close to the bed on each side. Lightning was excellent both in the bed area as well as in the apartment.Excellent blinds. Walking shower had a good size and water pressure was excellent in the bathroom. For the rented car we had access to the gated indoor parking area of the hotel (€25 extra charge/day). Cleaning and towel replacing are performed daily and every 4 days bed linen are changed. We have asked for a double bed and we have received a united two twin beds which were covered with a double size mattress and topper. Bed and pillows were comfortable but a bit too soft for us. Air con was working well and this was very refreshing when returning to the hotel after a hot day in Paris. Breakfast is not included in room price but against a charge (discount in case pre-ordered online) and can be served downstairs; alternatively you can purchase from the supermarket just around the corner across the street what you wish and prepare the beeakfast in your apartment (the small kitchen is equipped with an induction hot plate, microwave oven, dishwasher, 1 l kettle and an espresso machine for which you'll get 2 tabs/day, cups, dishes, cutlery, etc.).
CONS: Not sufficient spaces to store our clothes. Our 2 large luggages had to be storeed under our beds to save space and we have used them also as storage areas (open sliding luggage :)) Not necessary a cons but the sink of the kitchinette is to narrow in case you need to wash...
Read moreDont make reservaction here, they are lier! We had pay three days for the room and they said hadnt cowork with agoda app! So sharme! 16/8 Our booking record shows that there are four adults. Both on your side and on the booking website, the record clearly reflects this. We also showed you the conditions that were listed on the booking website, which clearly state that children aged 0-12 can stay at no extra charge as long as no extra bed is needed.
Your hotel is located at least a ten-minute walk from the nearest metro station. When we arrived, it was 38 degrees Celsius, the hottest day in Paris. We were all exhausted and on the verge of heatstroke, and the children were so tired they fell asleep. However, you kept insisting that your rooms could only accommodate four people, and for the sake of what you called "quality of stay," you refused to let us check in. You even claimed at first that you did not have a partnership with the booking website we used, but we saw your partner website on Google—it's just that you removed it afterward. We have saved screenshots as proof.
Your hotel is in such an inconvenient location, and your service is only superficial. Watching guests arrive, clearly overheated and exhausted, all you did was stick rigidly to your policies, insisting that we either pay extra for another room or leave. Honestly, your attitude made us feel very uncomfortable. We've experienced the so-called elegance of Parisians—polite, yet pretentious. We would rather rebook another hotel than stay at yours. Due to your relentless effort to protect your own interests, we had to spend the same amount of money to book a new hotel.
I hope everyone considers carefully before booking this hotel. Not only is it unfriendly to families, but it's also very inconveniently located—you'll need to use Uber every day. As for the service, if you like a surface-level kind of friendliness, then this place...
Read moreThis was my first time visiting Paris, and staying at this hotel truly made the experience special. The location is convenient—while the metro isn’t directly at the door, several stations are just a short bus ride away, making it easy to get around the city. There’s also a grocery store nearby, which was very helpful for picking up food and supplies. One of the big advantages of this property is that I could cook for myself. Some utensils and a cooker are provided, which allowed me to make whatever I wanted to eat during my stay—something I really appreciated. What made the biggest impression, however, was the hotel staff. Each and every staff member I met was incredibly kind, professional, and truly had a customer-oriented mindset. They were always available and ready to help with anything I needed. For example, as I’m not very familiar with using a stove or dryer at the hotel, I reached out to them for help—and they responded quickly and explained everything clearly. Another great example of their support was when I needed to catch the uber or bolt to take Eurostar but I could not get it. I explained the situation to the staff, and the staff immediately stepped in. They called a taxi for me, spoke with the driver to confirm the price, and made sure I got where I needed to go smoothly and on time. It was a huge help and showed just how dedicated they are to their guests. Thanks to their support and kindness, I left with a really positive image of both the hotel and the city. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Paris. Thank you so much again to all the staff for your hard work—you made my trip truly enjoyable. I strongly recommend this property to anyone...
