Vietnam Kitchen — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

This was our Deliveroo place to go. This past Saturday we rated them 5 stars. Today when Deliveroo claimed to have delivered our food and they had not done so, we were told to contact the restaurant, and the restaurant in turn totally blew us off. Not a single ounce of customer service or support. They simply said this is not our problem. So here we are having paid in full, but with no food on a Sunday night with the curfew approaching. We even had the name of the driver who supposedly delivered our food (he did not). We will never ever order from this restaurant again after the way we were treated....

Je suis venue dans ce restaurant pour la première fois. Il m’a été recommandé par un ami, cependant, j’ai été très déçu de la qualité de mon plat et surtout du service. En effet, j’ai commandé un plat à base de poisson (Pho Poisson) dont l’odeur m’a repoussé. Après des essaies infructueux d’ingérer ce dernier car détestant le gaspillage, j’ai du me résoudre à contre cœur à le renvoyer (le plat étant, hormis trois bouchées, intact). On m’a fait comprendre à de maintes reprises qu’il n’était pas possible de le renvoyer et qu’il était nécessaire de le payer et « d’assumer mes choix ». J’ai accepté la situation et commandé un nouveau plat étant dans l’impossibilité de manger cette soupe. Le bobun poulet ainsi commandé était très bon, ce que j’ai signifié au personnel. Je pense, donc, que le problème du premier plat venait du poisson. Une fois le repas terminé, je suis allée payé. Encore une fois la gérante du restaurant a insisté, de manière agressive, sur le fait que je devais payer les deux plats. Elle ne s’est pas gêner en indiquant que le problème venait de moi et non pas de la fraîcheur de son poisson. Au vu de la soirée au cabinet que je viens de passer, je pense que mon pressentiment était bon... Je suis véritablement déçu de ce restaurant, particulièrement de son service client et son sens commercial. Enfin, il semblerait de manière générale que la qualité de ce restaurant aie diminué ces...

My colleagues brought me here for the first time and I have to say that I loved it. Its such a small cute place and the service was just so good and quick that we didnt need to wait at all. They are friendly and efficient.

Went for the chicken nems (shame they only serve 3) and shared them with a friend and then had the beef PHO soup which was superb and more than enough to fill my tum.

Price were more than good.
