I would say it is the fair price for overall like other ibis. The location is nearby metro as well.
Short story: be careful if you booked via Agoda And bad customer service
But what makes this ibis different is very bad customer service. I booked the hotel for 8nights for 3 persons (as it said on Agoda that available for 3) then we recheck with the hotel if it is reservation is already made or not. They confirmed the reservation and they didnt notify us that the room has maximum capacity for 2 persons only.
We try to understand the rules of this hotel, so we try to figure out the best options. But the lady (blonde hair with glasses) is so rude to us. She doesn’t care at all with her moody face and tell us to find other hotel to stay, even we are telling that we are going to pay for another room. And this happened on Christmas night.
I never write anything or complained anything in my life. This is the first time because that her customer service mind is UNACCEPTABLE. I never asks for anything while we were staying because we are traveling. The room is only for sleep, shower and keep the luggages. We just need to meet her for contact to check-in only, just 5minutes of talking and we were so understanding, we dont know what is wrong with her attitude.
And yes, we pay for another room for 8nights because we have no other choices, it is ok for us to pay for the room. But not for her rudeness.

Le petit-déjeuner est identique chaque jour, sans aucune variété, et extrêmement insatisfaisant. Les chambres sont petites, mais cela est courant à Paris. Une seule serviette est fournie par chambre. Malheureusement, j'ai développé une dermatite de contact allergique après avoir utilisé les draps, bien que j’aie pris une douche avant. Cela pourrait être lié aux produits de nettoyage ou au gel douche utilisé. J'ai dû suivre une thérapie à base de corticostéroïdes pour maîtriser l'urticaire. Heureusement, étant médecin, j'avais des comprimés avec moi. Quant au service, il est quasiment inexistant et le personnel n'est pas intéressé par le séjour des clients. Английски I stayed at the ibis hotel from 15/11/24 to 18/11/24. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. The breakfast is the same every day, with no variety and completely unsatisfactory. The rooms are small, but that's normal for Paris. Only one towel is included per room. Unfortunately, I developed allergic contact dermatitis after lying on the sheets, even though I had showered beforehand. This might be linked to the cleaning products or the shower gel used. I had to take corticosteroid therapy to manage the urticarial rash. Thankfully, as a doctor, I had tablets with me. Немски Ich habe vom 15.11.24 bis 18.11.24 im Hotel ibis übernachtet. Ich kann dieses Hotel definitiv nicht empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag dasselbe, ohne Abwechslung und äußerst unbefriedigend. Die Zimmer sind klein, was in Paris jedoch normal ist. Es gibt nur ein Handtuch pro Zimmer. Leider habe ich eine allergische Kontaktdermatitis entwickelt, nachdem ich die Bettwäsche benutzt hatte, obwohl ich vorher geduscht hatte. Möglicherweise hängt dies mit den verwendeten Reinigungsmitteln oder dem Duschgel zusammen. Ich musste eine Kortikosteroidtherapie einnehmen, um den Nesselausschlag zu kontrollieren. Zum Glück hatte ich als Arzt Tabletten dabei. Der Service ist kaum der Rede wert, da er praktisch nicht existiert und das Personal kein Interesse am Aufenthalt der Gäste zeigt. Номера маленькие, но для Парижа это нормально. В стоимость номера входит только одно полотенце. К сожалению, у меня развился аллергический контактный дерматит после того, как я лег в постельное белье, хотя до этого я принял душ. Возможно, это связано с использованием чистящих средств или геля для душа. Мне пришлось принимать кортикостероиды, чтобы справиться с крапивницей. К счастью, я врач, и у меня были таблетки с собой. Стаите са малки, но за Париж това е нормално. В цената на стаята е включена само една кърпа. За съжаление, получих алергичен контактен дерматит, след като легнах в чаршафите, въпреки че преди това си бях взел душ. Вероятно това е свързано с използваните препарати или душ гела. Read moreThe room was dirty and hot. The thermostat did not work so the room remained uncomfortable. I spoke to the front desk about getting it fixed and they could not do that, but gave me a fan that worked poorly. Both nights my sleeping was uncomfortable and I would wake up sweaty despite sleeping uncovered. I had to get an additional towel for my wife, then when the room was cleaned I was again left with only one towel. No effort was made to make my stay pleasant, and even the espresso machine was a charge.
This was the worst customer service I have ever received at any hotel, and the tiny rooms with no ventilation, that are quite dingy and in disrepair are not worth the 130+ Euros you are charging, especially when you can't even provide your guests with free coffee.
Lastly, since I could not sleep well in that room I checked out early, only 2 nights into a 6-night stay. I still have not received a refund for the remainder of my stay - I checked out quite early in the morning on Tuesday, 19 March and I have not received an updated invoice. I cannot stress how disappointed I am in this hotel and the way it takes care of...
