A lovely airbnb/hotel in a very well situated area of Deauville. Upon arrival Henry was friendly, welcoming and kind allowing us to check in earlier than expected. A gorgeous golden retriever by the reception desk made it homely and a comfortable place to stay. Our room was situated next to the main road which was quite noisy when the windows were open but when shut and with the fan on it worked well at night. The bed was comfortable and the room was an ok size for 2 people.|Henry recommended great places to go for lunch, one being a seafood market located on the other side to Deauville. Which was amazing - definitely worth visiting for some great food, experience and buzz! The Polo was also available to the public and entry was free. Henry was very accommodating to any intolerances and made special arrangements to meet these requirements for breakfast. The food was delicious and there was an array available. I'd highly recommend visiting Le Patio for a great stay...
Read moreA remarkable hotel, distinguished by the warmth and thoughtfulness of the team, which comes through in everything from helping you arrange your car hire to the detail of the apple-pear compote and home-made cake for breakfast. Because the owner is part of the team, you know you're in good hands from check-in onwards. There are just 12 rooms, and we stayed in 107, which is up steep stairs, big enough for three, and therefore very comfortable for two. Windows facing the road and the courtyard. Good bathroom, with very good straightforward shower. Comfortable bed. Everything to a high standard. No aircon. There are ground floor rooms onto the courtyard. Breakfast is served in the courtyard or the breakfast room, and is a small but well chosen selection, which we greatly enjoyed. Croissants come from the boulangerie next door. The team will do everything to ensure you have a good stay, and...
Read moreLoved this place so much. Henry is a wonderful host. I booked the standard room (and he gave me a better room), which backed onto the Patio, and it was spacious, quiet, very comfortable bed, high ceilings. Breakfast was great for 14euros. I never really eat breakfast, but I made an exception ;-) The centre is 7mins easy walk, lovely bar 1 min walk, arts centre 5mins. And the sea is 3mins walk away, or if you’d like a run by a beautiful (flat) coastline I will be back, and...
