Visited for the very first time and was not disappointed!
Check in was a little slow, but nothing that I couldn't deal with. I booked in, and had to pay a €3.50 room tax as the room had already been paid for.
I got the card to my room, and was surprised with the room I had been given - a duplex on 2 levels.
The room was clean and spacious, a sitting area and bathroom with shower when entering the room, and the bedroom with a bath and small toilet on the upper level.
The only thing that was missing from the room was tea/coffee making facilities (my colleagues also found this issue in their rooms)
There is a kettle etc in Reception, but this is removed during the night, so it would have been handy to make in my room as I had to go to Reception in the early hours, find the receptionist who wasn't at his desk and ask if he could make me a coffee. This is literally the only think I could fault about our stay.

This claims both. Unfortunately, the “air conditioning” would not cool below 25-27C(77-80F). I have a medical condition and when I told the hotel one staff member said they’d fix it when I was back from dinner, but upon my return I was told there was nothing else that could be done and it was “on”. This does not meet medical needs and I said as much, which I left in comment to let me know if the AC was not working well upon booking and to cancel the reservation if so, which also did not happen. I am now here and scarambling to find another hotel, with AC that does not even cool to the outside temperature and slow WiFi that won’t be sufficient for work. Also, the beds are rock hard and showers had some sort of dark mildew/mold in corners...
