I was on a disrupted journey and decided to save myself the stress and just stay the night in Narbonne instead of trying to get on another train on a very busy night. And BOY am I glad I did! I dropped in with a last minute reservation via their website and showed up about ten minutes after booking. I had frayed nerves from multiple long days of traveling where nothing went to plan, and I immediately felt the stress begin to melt away when I walked in. Laura at check in was so lovely, and beyond welcoming and accommodating. The room was impeccably clean and decorated well, and appointed with many small thoughtful touches. Everything was in very good shape maintenance wise. If someone had told me I was the first guest to stay in the room, I would have believed them. The shower had excellent water pressure, got plenty hot, and I ended up lingering for way too long. The hotel was extremely quiet, and there was minimal street noise, even with the windows open, and the bed was cozy and comfortable. I slept like a log. Unfortunately it was the off season; so I did not get to really try the restaurant, and the pool was closed. But I hope to be able to on future stays. The gentleman working the front desk on checkout was also lovely, but I didn’t catch his name. And the continental breakfast was great. This place has truly earned the excellent rating it has.

Wow! What an amazing stay we had here, could not have asked for more from the staff - they really went above and beyond. I visited with my family (a party of 11) and nothing was a problem. I exchanged numerous emails before arrival which were always replied to clearly and promptly. On arrival my dad and his partner were wary about their room being by a stair door, for noise, but that was not an issue in the end at all but the staff did everything to ensure they were in the right room for them. Special thanks too to Fita! One of our party also left something which she has so kindly offered to bring to England for us when she comes soon and post. Amazing! They are able to recommend restaurants in the area, can help with travel arrangements and the night porter will even assist you with any requests. The hotel is in a fantastic location and the rooms are stunning! The pool area is also lovely! Staff keep on top of keeping it tidy and laying out fresh towels. We had 6 bedrooms and all of them had their own character and were so clean and well stocked. We are looking at coming back to the area next year and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This lovely Hotel and it's Restaurant are both an amazing fusion between Argentina and France. The food is very good quality and makes you feel like travelling all the way to Argentina with empanadas and many meat options. Flavours of South America in Narbonne! The place is cosy and gorgeously decorated. They have thought in every detail, making the experience enjoyable and unique. There is Tango music playing in the background and great service. Highly recommend this spot 🧉🌟

During our recent trip to Narbonne to visit family, my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Le Mosaique, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. This charming boutique hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, making our week-long stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms themselves are nothing short of exquisite, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inviting ambiance. The bed was particularly noteworthy, offering some of the best nights of sleep we've ever experienced. The staff at Hotel Le Mosaique went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their friendliness and attentiveness were truly unbeatable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The cocktail drinks, dinner service, and cuisine provided an unforgettable culinary experience that we won't soon forget. I could easily envision this restaurant earning a Michelin star in the near future. Its prime location in the heart of Narbonne awarded us the opportunity to explore the city center on foot. With so much to see, do and options to shop in the surrounding area, we were grateful for such a convenient home base. Overall, Hotel Le Mosaique is the perfect choice for anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay in Narbonne. There's no doubt that we will return for another stay...

The Hotel le Mosaique is one of those travel secrets better left unsaid because you want to keep the best to yourself. I will be the 50th person at Google to give this hotel a perfect score. Statistically, that says it all. In the travel industry, it is virtually impossible to get 50 people to agree on anything - and yet we do. No small feat. Every detail is sweated out. From the piece of nougat for your tea to the sumptuous bedding in the room to the interior design of all the spaces, there is no detail too small at le Mosaique. Complimenting their interior design and culinary services is their staff. Efficient, friendly, genuine and gracious, they are able to tailor their interaction to their client's needs. One time I checked in very late and they went out of their way to get food to me before the kitchen closed. The next time...they recognized me by name and automatically upgraded my room. Amazing. They didn't ask...they just did. So if you ever find yourself in need of a place to stay in Narbonne do yourself a favor...run...don't walk....and get yourself a room at le Mosaique and find out for yourself why we all give le...
