La Petite Cour — Restaurant in Narbonne

Lovely restaurant offering beautifully presented traditional french dishes. The place is a bit hidden as it is not located on a main street, and, as soon as you walk in, you feel like you are entering another world. The interior decoration is very clean, elegant and cozy. Perfect for couples or family. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. Great variety of drinks. The lady owner was very kind and attentive and, although we did not speak the same language, we had no problem understanding each other. We had an excellent lunch here. The starter buffet was great, the mains were excellent. In particular the Italian Tartare was superb. Both home made desserts were again well executed. I can highly recommend the pannacotta.

My only feedback would be to place the red fruits on the side. The fruits with sauce are so delicious and strong in flavour that it overpowers the pannacotta. Now, in most restaurants this tastes of almost nothing, but here the pannacotta has a great flavour by itself.

We visited this little restaurant a few times several years ago and still remember fondly the warm, homely atmosphere and the cozy charm created by the previous owners. The dishes were always incredibly tasty and memorable, and the level of personal attention to guests has truly stayed with us
