DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY IN THIS HOTEL||||PLEASE READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING HERE||||So the first thing would be how dirty and old the hotel is, stairs are unsafe, 0 hygiene, molded walls, dirty stained towels, bugs and insects in the room, walls very thin they do not isolate sound nor smell nor anything. Cigarettes smell in the hallway.||||First day we arrive and they tell us there is no wifi, opposed to what their website/page mentions. They made me pay the City Tax, and then the same guy made my father pay it as well without telling him I had already paid it.||No running hot water in all rooms, they suggested going to another "friend" hotel where they would let us shower. They fixed it on the next day.||The whole room started swimming in water whenever the sink or shower were turned on.||Both rooms' safe boxes do not lock.||There is no phone in the rooms, no communication with the reception whatsoever.||There is no card to let them know whether to clean or not to disturb. The cleaning lady entered the room when I was inside. She apologized but refused to leave before cleaning the bathroom and changing the towels, while I was in bed. We had told the reception not to enter the room, yet they did one more time and misplaced our belongings.||||AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, icing on the cake: on our final night, we arrive to the room and see they broke our locks, tried to break into our luggage. They broke the code lock, and then tried opening the lock where they luckily failed. We had to break the lock in order to open it. The creepy guy on the reception, who had previously made awkward comments to my young sister about robberies happening in the hotel, refused to call the police as nothing was stolen, all we can do is leave a review (same thing they said when checking out). Chubby man in a suit, not tall, brown skin, dark hair. Algerian origins as he informed us.||Before leaving in the morning, the other guy that was on the reception (white skin, white hair) told us this has happened multiple times in the last few weeks, ever since that guy started working, and that the only cleaning lady they have has been working with them for the past 30 years, hence she wouldn't do such thing.||A couple had 100 euros stolen last week, on the chubby guy's shift. Apparently the guy has no qualifications, but a relative of the owners, but he is "being watched".||||I do not wish such experiences on anyone.
