As other people say, the lift was "on maintenance" so we had to go up to 5 floors on foot, besides no internet. We asked the receptionist but she just bite nails and said "Er.. system problem?" They have 2 internet lines but for both of them? What's more they were having refurbishment in 1-3 floors so it was noisy and dusty. If they at least fix the lift we didn't have to get through the dust. No heater working at the day of -4℃. We couldn't sleep for first night. The window was single, so cold and surprisingly noisy from street. I checked few times if the window was opened, that much noisy and cold. We asked about heater to reception the next day then they provided us for portable fan heater but I had to install it next to my bed as there was nowhere else the cable reaches. The room has no lace curtain so we couldn't open the curtain as we could see people from the building in front. We thought the location must have been good here but it wasn't really. Then no point to stay here. People complain about room size but it wasn't too bad for me, however can't accept they have no internet. I won't come back here. Just cleaner lady was kind, so one star for her.
