Good location. Rivoli street is always nice to walk and go shopping. Not far from many visiting places. We walked to Seine river, Louvre museum, Musée d’Orly, etc. There is a Carrefourre on the opposite site. So it was very convenient for us to get some snacks or daily stuffs. We like the room. We stayed in a one -bedroom suite with a living room (a sofabed). There was a full set kitchen with an oven, a stove, a fridge, a microwave, a dish washer and cooking equipments. It was more like an apartment with luxury furniture. There was also a balcony with a small chair. Our daughter loved this a lot. She read here with a nice view of Rivoli street. There was no restaurant though. If we wanted a breakfast, they would send us a basket of bakery with fruit juice. We tried one breakfast and it was just ok.

We spent a week in mid November at this hotel. It is small with six floors and on our floor only two apartments. The living room had a living area with a small kitchen. There is a charming small bar in the basement. The staff and management are infinitely helpful with every detail. Scheduling for our trip included a year-long delay due to Covid which the management graciously accommodated. Their location is close to multiple restaurants and the metro system. It is walkable to the Louvre although the Metro is much more convenient. Nothing about this boutique hotel was anything other than perfect. They have my sincere appreciation for making this such a memorable week.

This is a pretty decent apartment hotel. The apartments aren’t as big as I expected but they are comfortable, modern and clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. Location wise it’s not that great. You are at least 20-40 mins from the main tourist attractions and for some reason Uber drivers find it hard to pick you up from outside. It is on the Rue de Rivoli so there plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

My wife, my 8yo kid, and I spent three nights in a standard 1BR apartment at the Roi de Sicile - Rivoli. It was a little expensive, but the most reasonably priced accommodation I could find where we'd have a separate bedroom for the grownups and real air conditioning in a good location.||TLDR: we were quite happy and would definitely stay there again.||The apartment and the lobby were immaculately clean and pleasant and far more spacious than most Airbnb options we considered (many of which would have cost considerably more). The furnishings were decent quality--comfy beds and linens, nice shower, functional kitchen appliances, etc. The air conditioning worked well and wasn't loud. And the cleaning staff was very thorough, even washing the couple of dishes we left in the sink that we didn't get a chance to wash ourselves.||It's not a full-service hotel, and the daytime desk clerk was relatively new to the job and consequently not as knowledgeable as many hotel concierges. But he and the nighttime security guard (who didn't really speak English) were friendly and helpful, and anything you might need is nearby. We bought cheap snacks and beverages from the Carrefour City (like a mini Wal-Mart) directly across the street, a carnet of transit tickets from the Tabac shop less than a block away, and found plenty of excellent restaurants and shops within a couple blocks' walk. ||Two minor quibbles (neither of which warrants a reduction in rating IMO) are:||1) The pull-out bed (which was otherwise great, with a mattress that was much more comfortable and spacious than most hotel pull-outs I've encountered in recent years) has an old-school metal frame that is exposed on the sides of the mattress, making it very easy to hurt yourself while trying to get in/out of the pull-out bed. ||2) The toilet has its own little room off of the living room, while the bathroom sink and shower are on the other side of the bedroom. So to wash hands after using the toilet, we had to choose between using the kitchen sink or opening three separate doors (the toilet room door, the bedroom door, and the bathroom door) to get to the...

Perfect location, huge suite (Apartment Prestige), friendly and attentive staff… wouldn’t change a thing!||The location is genuinely perfect. You’re within easy walking distance of a whole handful of Métro stations that lead basically everywhere in the city you’ll want to go, and just a few minutes from the Seine near Notre-Dame and lots of other major sights. The neighbourhood is full of shops and places to eat, and although the rue de Rivoli is a relatively busy street, we found it much more relaxed and less thronged with people than other parts of central Paris, so it was a really pleasant area in which to stay.||Our suite had huge Haussmann doors to the little balcony, and when we had them open and the bathroom window open, we got a brilliant cross-breeze on some pretty warm, summery days. This also gave us a few magical moments… one morning we were treated to someone playing the saxophone nearby (very well), and two other times, we heard someone singing down on the street. The sunsets also made for some iconic Parisian photos and videos from the balcony. When you close the doors, you really can’t hear the street at all, impressive.||Bed was comfy, water was hot and abundant during our stay, kitchen was well-equipped, and they had Nuxe Rêve de Miel products in the bathroom. Everyone at reception was so friendly, as was housekeeping, and the transfer to and from CDG was done by the same cheerful driver both times.||Can’t fault a thing, and one of the lovely folks at the front desk told me they’re opening a five-star on the Champs-Élyssées soon, as well. If it’s managed and maintained as well as this four-star is, I’m sure it will make for a fab stay, too.||Merci beaucoup pour cette expérience fantastique, nous reviendrons...

Our family of four had a wonderful week here!

First of all, the location is super-convenient - you have something for everyone -- interesting stores, restaurants, chocolate shops, museums, parks, and so on -- within minutes of your apartment, without the ruckus of the more tourist-centric parts of the city.

The apartment itself is simply beautiful. Our family likes low-key vacations, so we really appreciated the comforts of this home-away-from-home, with i neat, modern amenities and clean aesthetics. There was plenty of room for the four of us to chill out, and the balcony overlooking the street was a nice perch from which to take in the sounds of the neighborhood with a glass of wine in hand. Then, when you want peace and quiet, you can close the windows and balcony doors with perfect soundproofing. (we want these windows in our apartment in NYC now!)

The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to do light cooking the few times we didn't feel like going out to a restaurant. It was also nice to have the nespresso machine, coffee maker and electric ketttle on hand, as we ended up using all three daily.

The toilet room is separate from the shower / sink area, a design decision that facilitates resource sharing. This was especially convenient in the mornings and evenings when we were all getting ready to go out or clean up before bedtime at the same time.

The wifi was also super-fast and reliable - very important for the screen addicts in our family (which is actually all of us, sadly).

Finally, the whole team staffing the hotel was wonderful and warmly attentive. We felt genuinely cared-for and in good hands the whole time we stayed. Thanks for helping make our week there such a...
