I stayed here for 4 nights in May 2019. I had a superior double,(room 222 I think) and the room was very nice, it was clean & big enough for me, tho it may be a bit crowded for 2, but that's just Paris :) It had a fridge & a Nespresso machine, which was great! I actually hardly got any sleep as there is a cafe opposite which was really loud until 2am, then the traffic started around 5am, and there appears to be no sound proofing as I had the windows shut and it was still really noisy, even with earplugs! It was such a pity as the hotel itself is lovely (tho in need of a bit of tidying up, especially the bathroom) and the staff are fantastic, very friendly. It is in the Marais district and easy walking to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. And 5 mins walk to a Metro stop which gives you great access to all of Paris.I would definitely recommend it as long as you are not a light sleeper (perhaps other rooms may...
Read moreVery central location in The Marais, close to Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame and the Seine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was on the first floor with street view. There was a fair bit of noise from the bar opposite plus general street noise. On the second night I could also hear music from another room most likely above me up until 1am. The room itself was a double with bath and was clean and pleasant although quite warm as no air conditioning. There was a kettle. I had to request English breakfast tea and milk to be replenished each day and small paper cups for tea were not great. Hairdryer attached to bathroom wall not great and not many amenities available. Bathroom had soap and a combined shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. No shower cap or tissues. All in all it was ok but not somewhere...
Read moreI had a great stay at this small hotel located in the Marais district of Paris. Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff at the front desk. WiFi was strong and allowed me to get some work done in my room. The lobby is pretty small, but they offered coffee and water in the lobby. The Marais is my favorite part of the city, so the hotel's location was perfect. I had a room facing the street and once I closed the windows, I didn't hear anything from the busy restaurant across the way. There was also a kettle in the room and a small rotating fan, which was a nice surprise and helped to keep he room a little cooler at night. I stayed here for one night before changing hotels to be closer to the Porte de Versailles for...
