Go there! Period. I have read a lot of amazing reviews here about this place and Edwin himself. I saw a lot of reels that recommended visiting it. But our visit was beyond my expectations. We went there for my fiancé’s birthday. When we entered the store Edwin himself welcomed us and asked what are we looking for. We decided to go with the flow and let him walk us through his beautiful work. Not only he spend the time to explain each box and all the chocolate bars, ganaches and pralines, but what happened after was exceptional for us. He took us to the back of the store and spent more than 30 minutes walking us through the different types of cocoa he’s using for his chocolate. He thought us about how each gains its flavours and is it being processed. He did an actual degustation for us! - giving us different small pieces of chocolate, explaining us how to properly consume them to actually savour them and feel all the different flavours and textures. We started with the lighter ones going to some strong Papouasie Nouvellle-Guinée, then he restarted our flavour buds with his “fake Bounty” (as he calls it) and finished with one amaazing truffle. He was interacting with us, asking us questions, explaining everything in depth. You can easily say he is so passionate about his work and the cocoa! It was a lifetime experience and we are beyond grateful for the time he spent to do that for us. If you have the opportunity to visit the store - do it, even if he’s not there, support the young, talented and passionate people who want to make a change in this world and make healthy, extraordinary, extremely high quality, beautiful and...

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! We were lucky enough to visit the shop while the owner was in and what an amazing and imaginative man. He was so kind and informative, helping us pick out the chocolates we would like the most. We were in the shop for well over thirty minutes just talking about politics, chocolate, and chocolate statistics. He's such a well travelled and well informed guy who has so many amazing characteristics. He really has a true passion for his craft and for making his customers feel comfortable no matter where they are from. I look forward to bringing other people here to experience the chocolate and the atmosphere of the quaint little shop. Oh and the chocolate is like nothing else I've ever had. He's made so much more than little chocolate morsels, they're bite sized experiences with what seems like timed flavor bombs just primed to explode in your mouth at the perfect moment. Even his plain dark chocolate is anything but plain. So even if you happen to miss the man himself, he has truly put a little bit of himself in every...

This place is incredible. I was lucky enough to have Edwart guide me through their chocolate selection, and it was divine. Each chocolate was completely unique, like tasting a rare wine with layers of flavour, strong tasting notes, amazing! I have high standards when it comes to my chocolate - bean to bar, single origin, etc. This place was in a different league! And Edwart is a real artist, a poet of chocolate, he made this into far more than a shopping experience, it was brilliant - the sequence of tastings, his "narration" of the flavours, his generosity and knowledge... wow. I hope this is going to become the bar for the chocolate revolution, because chocolate deserves the attention that is currently reserved mainly to wine (sometimes coffee...
