The room was smaller than I anticipated from hotels I knew before, however it was actually quite big and roomy for Paris, so I was lucky. Everything was clean and working. |I stayed for nine nights, did not eat breakfast at the hotel once, as the breakfast time started at 7am but I started my day at that time already so I could not eat there. If I had the oppurtunity, I would have tried the breakfast.||The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors if they talk or rummage loudly, mine did not and I did not hear anny street noise. My room was out the back and the website stated §view of one attraction, view of garden" - I had neither of those I think, but a lot of other houeses. I could see some trees and the spotlight from the eiffel tower at night. As I was only on the fourth floor, its possible that you can see the eiffel tower from the sixth floor.||Overall I enjoyed my stay. The staff weere very friendly and spoke english well. As I myself cannot speak french, that was very important to me.||I only took pictures of the room on my last day, so it looked nicer when I...
Read moreWe booked a room for 3 for one night, we got a nice room at the courtyard. It was like an apartment. (I don’t know if there is any name to such type of rooms). The main door of the room was in the courtyard and then we had to take stairs to reach our room(our room was technically on the first floor with entrance on the ground floor). We were expecting one room with 3 single beds but we got 2rooms ;) so you enter from main gate take the stairs then on the left there is one room with bathroom and on right there is another room with toilet. We liked it. It was a nice stay. The hotel is close to metro station for metro 6 that will take you to Eiffel Tower in 5mins. Also, if you walk left from the hotel for 5mins you can see the Eiffel Tower from a distance, nice place for pictures. Franprix supermarket is also very close to the hotel. We reached early and they helped us to keep our luggage until check in. There were limited options for the breakfast but it was nice. We booked directly from hotels website and we got...
Read moreI recently stayed at The Originals City, Hôtel Lecourbe, Paris and feel compelled to provide feedback about the breakfast, which fell far short of expectations for a hotel of your caliber in Paris.||The breakfast offering was extremely limited and of poor quality:||1. Complete lack of vegetables: There were no tomatoes, cucumbers, or any other fresh vegetables available.||2. Minimal protein options: Only one type of ham was provided, with a mere 4-5 slices available. Worryingly, 2 of these slices had a crust, suggesting they might have been left over from the previous day.||3. Limited cheese selection: Only 2 types of yellow cheese were offered.||4. Overall impression: The breakfast appeared cheap and budget-like, more suited to a low-cost hostel than a reputable Paris hotel.||This subpar breakfast significantly detracted from my overall stay experience. A hotel in a culinary capital like Paris should offer a diverse, fresh, and appetizing breakfast to start guests' days...
