Friendly, bilingual staff. Generally, we try to wait a month before we try out a new restaurant so they can get things running properly. We made an exception and my husband and I came in on the 2nd day of opening. We were very surprised to learn that the management was run very efficiently. The food was fresh, the fish and spinach was cooked al dente! My husband's pizza was delicious. Wine selections are decent, but limited. This is a pretty good pizza spot when you're in downtown Paris. You can't go wrong with the prices or the quality of the food. All the standard accoutrements I provided for your pizza. Whether you want to white pizza or a red it can be made. The wait staff is friendly fast and speaks English and French I think Italian too. The peroni is cold and the pizza is hot.
