Hotel Le Nouveau Monde — Hotel in Saint-Malo

We love visiting St Malo and this hotel is perfectly placed for the stunning beach Sillon and is only a short walk to the walled city, 15 minutes from the room to the centre at a leisurely stroll.

The rooms are beautifully appointed, luxurious bathroom, comfy bed and we had a balcony with a city view. We also had an interconnecting room for our 8 year old which worked brilliantly. The WiFi was great throughout the hotel too. The only thing we would really have liked would have been fresh bottles of water daily rather than just on arrival.

The bar has interesting and high quality decor, Marven (apologies if I spelt incorrectly) was attentive, professional and engaging as were the other bar staff and the view is amazing you feel like you are on the beach or at high tide swimming :-) The restaurant looks extremely smart, the food and service were outstanding and we also felt it was very good value for the quality of food, service and surroundings.

The check in was very swift and easy and also beautifully appointed with interesting decor and smart furniture. The ladies and gentleman we spoke/dealt with added to the warm, professional and luxurious feeling and the option to park underground took away any concerns about what to do with the car.

Finally the spa, steam room and pool was extremely clean and an oasis of calm....we just wish we could find more time to spend there with so much else to enjoy.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this hotel! We went for a luxury family getaway with my parents and baby girl and the team and facilities were just incredible. They didn’t just provide a cot for the baby, they set up a full sized travel crib complete with sleep sack and stuffed animal! There was a changing pad and a baby bath waiting for us in the room as well. The views from the balcony were unbeatable. The staff were all kind and caring and accommodating with my mother who had mobility issues. They even took heat care of her in the spa! The meal at their fancy restaurant was delicious, though my only negative comment is that the service from course to course was way too slow, and our two year old fell apart waiting… so my partner and I couldn’t enjoy the rest of the meal properly because we had to take turns getting her to sleep. Other than that, this place was perfect at every turn and the suites really are luxurious. Huge bathtub, very comfortable bed, seafront views for miles and very easy walk to the old town. Guests also have free access to the pool and hammam, which we enjoyed a few times. Lastly, a special shout out for the associated chocoaltier, Carré chocolat around the corner. Paris quality chocolates...

We stayed here for two nights in a deluxe double room and it was wonderful!||The hotel is right by the beach which is beautiful and seems endless, and away from all the crowds in the walled city but not to far to walk there if you wish to.||Had a really friendly welcome from the reception staff and they were lovely and helpful throughout our stay.||Our room was on the top floor and it was amazing - really spacious with a separate seating area and a balcony with a lateral sea view. It was all very nicely furnished with plenty of of storage space too. The bathroom was also pretty large with both bath and walk in shower. It all made for such a comfortable, relaxing stay!||The spa area was on the same level as our room and the pool and hamman were great, we used them every day and mostly had them to ourselves.||Breakfast was really good, such a lot of choice of high quality products and the view from the restaurant over the bay was stunning.||The bar also had the same gorgeous view with a good selection of drinks and service and it had a very relaxing ambience.||We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't...
