Chalet Novelin - Mountain & Tradition — Hotel in Thonon-les-Bains

Spent one of the best weeks of my life here with the best people. The living space was perfect and comfortable and I slept soundly every night. The sauna and jacuzzi proved vital for recovering after active days on the slopes. Although the jacuzzi seemed a little dirty on out last night and smelled too strong of chlorine, it didn’t take away from the relaxation it brought us throughout the week. The kitchen was fresh and modern along with the classy stretched dining table where we enjoyed quality meals every day. The shower was used constantly throughout each day, whether it was cold or hot, it proved crucial as I stayed here and freshened up from sweaty ski runs and clumsy falls. The chefs and host were excellent when providing us with important information regarding the area and unreal food which fueled us for the long days ahead. Was pleasantly surprised on arrival in Chalet Novelin, it was as spacious as seen in pictures. We were greeted by Belinda who was bombarded with questions and provided us with all the info about the resort we needed. We arrived quite late but there was a lovely meal waiting to be devoured. |Most of our crew were coffee lovers and were not disappointed with the quality brew. |We were greeted the first morning by the lovely Sarah who provided us with delicious food for the entire week. We stayed as a family of 7 adults and one child for a week in February. ||The chalet is clean, spacious and well equipped with a stunning view. The sauna and hot tub are a great addition.||The chalet hosts looked after us all with great care particularly Alice & Jed who prepare meals and keep the chalet in order making the stay extra relaxing.||Our main contact from booking to departure was Belinda who coordinated transfers, ski hire, lift passes etc. Ski gear is hired from a shop just below the main gondola and everything can be stored there which is very convenient.||All in all it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay and we would all...
