Incredible restaurant in Les Gets. My husband and I stumbled across this place last month when looking for a good restaurant around the Morzine area. We have been back since then 4 times (also taking our friends and spreading the word), it's THAT good!! Not pretentious, not showy, just high quality food. Not over-priced like most other restaurants in the area because they are in a ski resort, Le RendezVous is truly good value for the food and experience. You can see the chef cooking in the kitchen as you enjoy your dinner and the menu changes every so often to keep things fresh and exciting. I have had the best snails (stuffed with mushrooms) and best lamb I've ever had here (and that's a high bar)! It's pretty small so definitely call and make reservations in advance. Nice place! The beef dish was excellent, nice also that they had a vegetarian dish (risotto with vegetables) which was tasty. They have the Swiss Fondue which we prefer (thicker and creamier, moitie/moitie fromage), which was good. The only thing was that it could have a bit more things in it for the taste (e.g Kirsch). We arrived punctually at 21h as reserved but we had to wait for 15 min. They offered us a drink free at the bar which was appreciated! The waiters were smiley, friendly and accommodating.
