I was near tears for a significant portion of this stay. It began with an extremely stressful arrival, where neither the hotel nor Disneyland Paris (who I had booked the hotel through) gave me any information about what to do on arrival. We had already paid for the first day in the park, and yet it took us over 2 hours to get to the hotel and back in the end, despite the shuttle being advertised as 10 min. This is because first we could not figure out where to go (no instructions were given and the information booth was closed) so we wandered aimlessly until we went back in the train station and asked the Disney Express staff (who were incredibly kind), then we waited for the shuttle for about half an hour with a giant crowd of people, and then we got off the shuttle at the wrong Adagio Aparthotels because apparently there are two in the same area without any clear distinction between the two being made on the booking website! Finally we arrived at the hotel. It was grimey and cheap looking which was disheartening, but we were in a rush. We checked in with the world’s unfriendliness front desk person. We rushed up in the elevator and my horror when I opened the door cannot be understated. Disgustingly stained and dirty grey carpets, shabby curtains and… children’s clothes strewn about? My boyfriend heard running water in the bathroom. We quickly rushed out, having realized that WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM ALREADY OCCUPIED BY SOMEONE ELSE. We went back to the front desk and when I told the staff member he DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE. He asked me if I meant it “wasn’t clean” and seemed to not really believe us, then shrugged, said it was strange, and gave us the room right next to it. At this point I was barely holding back from crying but we were very aware of our park time ticking down so we left our luggage in the gross (but at the least unoccupied) new room and rushed to the park. That evening, the shower leaked through the wall and dripped water all down the stairs. I checked the bathroom itself, we had not spilled water on the floor, the issue was somewhere inside the wall or with the structural integrity of the tub. The sheets were old and frayed and no longer fully covered the duvet, there was a cat poop on the balcony railing, it was incredibly warm and there were many mosquitoes, and we overall spent a disgusting, fitful night. We were so grateful that we had not booked more than one night. The next morning, to top things off, we tried to ask for Disney Express for our checkout (something the Disney Express staff had explicitly told us we could do the day before) and the staff member, while slightly nicer than the one the previous day, told us he couldn’t arrange that. We ended up hauling our luggage back to the train station and begging the Disney Express people to hold it for us, which they very kindly did. They also confirmed that they COULD have picked our luggage up from the hotel, the hotel should be able to do this. I booked this hotel THROUGH the Disneyland Paris website, in a package. I spent over $200USD on top of the park tickets themselves for this hotel room (a price I am sure would not be charged for this abysmal hotel on a different website). At every turn, it was obvious that this THREE STAR HOTEL did not in fact have a “partnership” with Disneyland, as advertised. They did not even know they could offer Disney Express from the hotel itself! I am most angry at Disney for completely misrepresenting this situation to me and scamming me out of my money for an experience that left me crying on shuttles back and forth, wondering if I would be left sitting outside the park with my luggage watching my money drain away. Truly shameful. The hotel was a dump and all the people we interacted with, with the exception of the Disney Express staff, were incredibly unhelpful and often unkind. And there was nothing Disney about this experience from start to finish, right up to the fact that the bottom of this review asks me how I booked this hotel and “through Disneyland Paris” is not even an option.

I do not often write scathing reviews but this place is a disgrace. The room quality is awful, the furniture is falling apart the carpets are stained and filthy, the practical things like showers don't work as the shower holders are all broken. We complained and moved to 2 other rooms and all were as bad as each other. Initally we were given a disabled room which is not a problem in of itself but the doors for the bedrooms did not slide and therefore offered no privacy or quiet. The room was missing a light. The shower was a wet room and the water pools everywhere as the drains don't drain properly meaning the room floods. The showerhead would not stay in the holder meaning that you had to hand hold and it made it totally impractical. The room stank also - quite clearly smoking is/was a regular occurance. I would pity a diabled person having to navigate this room. I complained vehamently and we switched rooms after a pretty depressing night. This of course involved (re)packing all of our luggage again. The second room despite asking for a regular room was again an accessible room and just as bad. The sliding doors were jammed and the shower did not stay in place just as the first room. We switched to a third (smaller) room which also did not have a working shower head but at least the doors close. The sofa bed however fell apart upon sitting on it for the first time and it had ciggarette burns/holes on the fabric. Missing lights, stained and filthy carpets the list goes on. The mini kitchinette was falling apart and the fridge freezer didnt work. There is no coffee maker or caffitiere and no knives to cut anything with! Not even a bread knife. The decorative order of the room and hotel in general is really disgraceful. On the positive side the location is good and the staff did try albeit without an apology or any offer of a refund or compensation. Utimately this place is a truely dreadful hotel and only a siginificant investment and overhaul will bring it even close to a respectable standard. Without doubt the worst value for money hotel I have ever encountered.

This is our honest review on this hotel and I won't be giving it anymore than 1 star due to the following reasons We were really disappointed with our stay at the Aparthotel Adagio. On arrival at the hotel, during the hottest days of the summer (early August with temperatures of 31-35 degrees), we were told that there was no air conditioning and we could only have one fan for our apartment. This meant that the full apartment was sweltering for the entire stay and the other bedrooms were left with no fan at all, We had an 11 month old baby with us and this kind of heat was ridiculous inside the apartment for the baby let along the adults! and was unbearable!! There was also a horrible smell of curry coming out of the drains within the kitchen, The general cleanliness of the full apartment was absolutely disgusting!! It gave you the boak looking at it in parts!! 🤢. When the baby was crawling about the carpets were that black with dirt her feet and hands were disgusting within minutes (see attached photo) , For being "part of a Disneyland hotel" the standards were shocking!! The hotel generally looked shabby and in need of a major renovation. There was also mould in the bathroom downstairs ceiling, walls falling apart in the bedroom, light fittings hanging of the ceiling, Loose electrical socket on the wall! (For the safety of the baby etc in that room this is disgraceful!) See attached photos. Also the cot they provided didn't have any sheets or anything for the baby she was left to lie on the hard plastic of the baby cot! Bathroom sink upstairs you couldn't use as it kept overflowing! The list could easily go on! My advice is to stay clear of this hotel at all costs! The only good thing it was close to Disneyland but that's it!

dear, the problem arose when we entered the room and found that they had 1 fan for the entire apartment. it's too hot inside and you can't breathe because it's so dry. I went to the reception and asked: ok, I didn't expect that the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, but then at least give me another fan for the bedroom. that they only give one fan and that they don't really care. i even got a reply to go to the shopping center and buy a fan if i need it! When I asked if it is possible that the hotel is not interested in the client and that it is 30+ degrees in the room? they are simply not interested in solving the problem. Even security came because I raised my voice when I asked him if he was aware of what he was saying. What should I do with the children at such a temperature? How did we solve the problem? Since we stretched out 1 of the 2 beds in the living room and now it sleeps 4 people, the bedroom is used for suitcases. A window open with a fan running to blow air into the room. It is as if we are in a labor camp. The bus to Disneyland is not reserved, but if there is space you can ride. If you're coming back when Disneyland closes, be patient. but you have another bus in 20 minutes, so it's not a problem to wait, unless you have small children with you. other things are ok. They just have to make an effort to provide 2 fans if they have bedrooms. that much for now to add more impressions (I've never done something like this or written about someone, but this is...), we're coming back from a walk and since we're late because the shops are open until 8:30 p.m. at the reception, I want to buy juice and water. the juice is in the mini-fridge behind the reception and it was locked, but then the same colleague who was in the dialogue about the fan came and told me to open the fridge and bring it to the counter. I belatedly told him that it was locked, but he insisted that I take the juice, and then I went to the fridge again, and then he realized that it was locked😡. the water is in another refrigerator that has payment by card but does not have any markings like a classic machine for drinks and food. I asked him how to shake hands and to show me how, but he said to just touch the card and that he would calculate everything himself. It's all nice that the machine doesn't take a 50e deposit!!! for water from 4e 1.5l. and then there is a discussion about why he did not instruct me to take the deposit and return it tomorrow. deposit!!!😡😡😡 so I'm not buying a house. and again the discussion ... does the man say that this is normal? well, we are from another planet 😡😡😡 this has never happened to me anywhere in Europe. and then I'll give him a 200e bill for the 5.5e juice. He says, do I have a smaller denomination of 10e-20e, and I tell him that it is normal here to give 200e for a juice of 5e. (I still gave him the exact amount because I'm not like him). but still someone who should not work in the hotel industry because the daughter came after half an hour to ask for toilet paper because they only gave 2 for 5 people, in 5 days, he told her to go to the store to buy toilet paper (to a store that was closed an hour ago). to his credit and to the owner to deal better...

Well…. Well… Well… Where should I start? We are a family of 12 (10 adults and 2 kids). When we book we ask for two bedrooms close to each other and they said yes if they have that available. We ok with that and we know we can have the possibility they couldn’t provide that if was unavailable. When we arrive to the check in at 3pm the reception told us one for the ApartHotel wasn’t ready yet. We was happy to wait if necessary and the girl said she have 1 two nr after de other, perfect for us. After 40 minutes another one came and said that one don’t was available. And moved for the other part of the Hotel. So half is at 310’s and other one at 360’s….. like I said completely the other side of the hotel. We already don’t was happy with this situation but accept. We went to Disneyland and when we came back in the night time the experience was even worse. I went to the reception ask for blankets for the sofa bed. And they answer me I should have “comum sense” and take the cover the sofa and the bed was ready to sleep. MY BAD IF I WORK IN HOSPITALITY MORE THAN 10 YEARS AND I NEVER SEE THIS.

Anyway, ask as well for a Hair Dryer and they told me they don’t need to have and provide to the costumers. OK, ONE MORE TIME…. Never been in one ApartHotel without all the need for the people use. I think we are not asking too much….

You can see on the pictures the maintenance and the cleaning isn’t really the best. But what is the best here…?

They have a table football on the hall…… don’t have balls to play….. AND no, don’t have the place to put the coins like the traditional ones.
