Room was not aired before we got there and Frau Hermann was nowhere to be found - we had to ring the owner to come and open up. While we were there for two and a half days the bathroom was never cleaned and the room was never aired or the bin emptied. Really disappointing experience with the host. The host is so rude and not welcoming. We were asked to wash the glasses before leaving. What hotel you could imagine doing this? Pour un séjour de plusieurs jours ( nous sommes resté 4 nuits à Hamburg ) ce Gastezimmer est l'endroit idéal. Un petit jardin le sépare de la rue , et la station de métro est à 150 m ( celui-ci nous amène au centre ville en 13 minutes , et ceci toutes les 5 minutes).||Nous avions choisi l'appartement très spacieux , se composant d'une chambre , d'un coin cuisine et d'un salon (ainsi que de nombreux rangements ). Très propre et bien meublé , cuisine impeccable, il a répondu à toutes nos attentes (mais nous ne nous sommes pas servi de la cuisine : on a préféré le restaurant, vacances obligent !). Tous les matins un petit déjeuner nous a été servi : copieux , pas exceptionnel , mais suffisant pour passer la journée.||Bien que la rue soit passante , l'appartement est bien insonorisé et est au calme . Nous y avons passé de bonnes nuits , dans un lit confortable.||La propriétaire , très accueillante , est charmante .||Si nous devons revenir à Hamburg , ce Gastezimmer redeviendra notre port d'attache car nous y avons apprécié notre séjour (et pour un très bon rapport qualité/prix , ce qui n'est pas négligeable de nos jours) .||A...
