According to our reservation we supposed to stay for 14 nights in 30m2 freshly renovated Standard studio (double room) with a new furniture and kitchenette. Instead we ended up in anti-sanitary conditions of tiny (not more than 15m2) old room with an old bathroom and furniture. The pictures DID NOT correspond to the reality at al. As booking.com does not allow to attach a pictures from guest you can check them out on Google maps and here on tripadvisor. The bathroom and kitchenette was covered with black mold/fungi, which spread the terrible smell to all room. The bed was hurting the back, the fridge was so loud that it was not possible to sleep and we woke up at 4:30 in the morning. We moved out after this horrible night, but, of course nobody is willing to give our money back. The owner Nikos and Eugenia are together with their booking managers Katsouris and Michalis on this fraud action. We tried to get our money back from booking.com, but the property basically called us liars saying that we provided pictures taken from somewhere else/"irrelevant building areas" and refused that booking give us money back. Please note that my pictures are with geolocations and times they were taken. ||By the way, probably foreseeing my review, which was not possible during "my stay", now they finally uploaded pictures from the room we stayed in, which look way better than a reality. This is an evidence of their fraud behavior: first to say that provided by me pictures are not from their property, refuse to give money back and in 2 weeks upload a real ones but, of course, without fungi, mold and dirt we experienced. We are still in process to get our money back and we will not stop till we get them. After this review was published on booking.com the property replied to it that we threatened them saying that we will post some irrelevant pictures just to defame them. Therefore, we upload here some pictures "what we took/what they upload a week after our check-in time". Take a look, if it looks like it was not taken there. The location is identical. They also claim that we did not cancel a reservation and they kept the room for us in case we return! First of all the cancel button was not active: it said the cancelation is no longer possible (since 9.07, 2 weeks before our check -in). Secondly, when we return to the property the same day in the evening to get more pictures from the room on advice of Booking Customer service they DID NOT let us in saying their lawyer forbid this! ||Make conclusions...

The reason that we left was the room which was in anti-sanitary conditions and DID NOT look at all as the one we booked on booking website. Of course, we wanted to have our money back for 13 days that we did not stay there because of property was cheating presenting the photos of freshly renewed 4 person room as a double studio on booking. After we left we requested this money from booking. However, the property did not agree and refused to return them. Owners and their internet pages managers never get tired in their “creative" lies, which differ every time: on booking com they say we blackmailed them that we "will upload the terrible pictures from somewhere else" just to put a shade on them and that they "were keeping the room for us for all booked period". On Google maps we became blackmailers for a different reason: “that they did not placed us in the room for 4 person for free or if they will not give us half of money back”. Seriously, guys?! Wasn’t it better to admit that we were placed in a bad conditions room, reality of which did not correspond to booking photos (at the time we booked it, of course now the property uploaded a real ones). This room is at your property, which maybe is the only room like this, we cannot know this. We only saw 4 person room and only because we asked where were the pictures on booking from. You could have apologized and promise that you will not place anyone else there till the renovation will be done? You know exactly that we are mistreated heavily and nevertheless you are not getting tired to write everywhere that we are liars and blackmailers. You could also return the money, but as you said “you had a bad season and you just need this money”. This is indeed “real" justification. I think all smart people will see where the truth is. And we just like to wish you to spend ALL YOUR VACATIONS in such rooms like your double studio number 5 in the state we saw it in July 2020.
