When we visited the first time, everything was perfect. Attentive waiters and great food. It was so good we decided to come back the next week.
We were promptly seeted. Unfortunately after 30 minutes we did not get any menu even though we made the waiters aware several times that we would like to eat. The restaurant was not busy that time of the day. We decided to eat somewhere else.
We always give restaurants another chance. So week 3 and we went back again. I had the best Beef Burger ever. All went fantastic until the waiter took our plates. They dropped the knive with the red sauce on it on the white trousers. Walked of a few times and had to ask the boss what to do. No real apology, no nothing. We had to leave early the next day to catch the flight home and the they said to bring the trousers back the NEXT day to get washed. The did not listen at all as we keep mentioning that this would not be possible the next day as we will have left. By the way - we washed them ourselves with the result that the stains are still remaining. Things can go wrong, but try and apologise and do not leave us waiting for another 20 minutes when we ask for the bill. We would not have minded a small discount or even a drink to even out the cost we had due to the washing, but just putting the Bill on the table and wiping the card leaves us really dissapointed by this. It is sad to see that complete Lack of Listening will...
Read more4 out of 5 of our items were very good but our saganaki was not. We did not complain. But when the server asked how everything was, we said the saganaki was not great and she could take it back. After that a British server lady (different from the one that took our order) came out and basically yelled at us for not liking the saginaki and that we didn’t know what we were talking about. We told her the rest of the food was great but not liking the saganaki became a huge issue with this person. (By the way, we are Greek-Americans. We know how saganaki is made. We order/make it in the states as well as when in Greece all the time). A totally crazy experience!!! Customer service is not her forte but it seems craziness is. By the way, they also charged us for it, but again we did not complain because it this point we became quite afraid of her. Basically - avoid this place because there’s a...
Read morePhaedra is a lovely restaurant located in Lassi, Kefalonia, with a welcoming atmosphere and super friendly staff who make you feel at home from the start. The location is all outdoor, with plenty of seating and a cozy setup where you can even catch a beautiful sunset while dining.
The food is truly delicious — fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The seabass is perfectly cooked and tender, while the prawns linguini is rich and full of taste — both highly recommended dishes. The fish is fresh and you can tell they really care about quality.
Prices are in line with the area’s standards, and as a nice touch, they even offer you something at the end of your meal, which makes the experience even more pleasant.
Overall, Phaedra is a great choice if you’re in Lassi and want to enjoy a relaxed dinner with good food, warm service, and a lovely...
