Nymphes Deluxe Accommodation — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

Accommodation was easy to find. Very nice location, with everything you need in the neighborhood. We got a parking spot, not directly by the premises but it was very nice thing to have a parking spot ( everyone thet already visited Pefkohori knows hot tough is to find a parking spot) Communication with our host Marina was very easy. She waited for us and she was super friendly and helpful. She explained everything we needed to know about the facilities and things we needed to know about our stay. Marina is a very professional,  very polite and such a nice person. We entered in a modern and clean apartment. We had a big terrace with a sea view. Apartment has an AC. Our bed was very comfy and we slept like baby's. We got the towels and the room was cleaned a few times during our stay. The cleaning lady Ana was doing a very good job. There is also a lounge on top floor with a small pool(water quality and condition should be...

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The pool was dirty when we arrived, and the receptionist was not welcoming. She failed to inform us about the pool hours until after we got in at 13:00, only to then tell us that the cleaning lady would add chlorine at 14:00, making it impossible for us to swim. And one stupid rule was that the pool was for 2 people only… about 13 rooms and the pool is only allowing two people to be there. This lack of communication and maintenance is not acceptable.

On top of that, the shower in our room had a drainage issue, causing water to flood the bathroom. These problems left me with a negative impression, and I will not be returning here..!

° Μια άκυρη κυρία καθόταν και μιλούσε στο κινητό έξω απο το δωμάτιο μας,κάπνιζε χρησιμοποιώντας το σταχτοδοχείο του δωματίου μας και όταν φτάσαμε με τις αποσκευές μας απλά σηκώθηκε και πήγε παραδίπλα δίχως να μαζέψει το σταχτοδοχείο με τα αποτσιγαρα της.

° Μας είπαν οτι το τσεκ ιν είναι στις 15:00 και όταν φτάσαμε στο δωμάτιο στις 15:10 δεν είχαν μπει ακόμα για να καθαρίσουν. Η κοπέλα τελείωσε το καθάρισμα στις 16:10 η οποία είναι μόνη της για 14 δωμάτια που έχει το κατάλυμα .

°Ο νεροχύτης της κουζίνας ήταν βουλωμένος.

°Είχε μεγάλους ιστούς απο αράχνες στις γωνίες χαμηλά προς το προσκέφαλο του κρεβατιού και στο ταβάνι,οι οποίοι δεν καθαρίστηκαν ποτέ.

°Ηχομόνωση άθλια. Μιλούσαν στο δίπλα δωμάτιο και τους ακούγαμε πεντακάθαρα.

°Καμμένα σποτακια στο ταβάνι και στο νιπτήρα της κουζίνας δεν άναβε το φως όπως και το φως του απορροφητήρα .

°Στο παράθυρο υπήρχε εσωτερικά στορι του οποίου το σχοινί για να ανεβοκατεβαίνει δεν υπήρχε οπότε ήταν άχρηστο γιατί ΔΕΝ μπορούσαμε να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε.

°Τη δεύτερη μέρα που καθάρισαν το διαμέρισμα άφησαν την πόρτα ξεκλείδωτη.

°Στο ταβάνι του μπάνιου ακριβώς πάνω απο την ντουζιέρα υπήρχε μούχλα.

°Η κοπέλα στην reception όταν παραδώσαμε τα κλειδιά μας είπε ότι δεν ήθελε να μας ενοχλήσει γιατί κανονικά το check out είναι 10-11, ξεχνώντας ότι μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο στις 16:10 περιμένοντας μια ώρα έξω απο το δωμάτιο με τις αποσκευές για να καθαριστεί .

° Στον χώρο της πισίνας δεν υπήρχε μπαρ.

° Το μπάνιο ήταν πολυ άβολο. Δεν χωρούσαν δύο άτομα και στην ντουζιέρα δεν είχε πόρτα που να απομονώνει τον χώρο του ντουζ απο τον υπόλοιπο χώρο του μπάνιου με αποτέλεσμα να γεμίζει...
