Pansion Vasso — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

The nice: The host is exceptionally nice and helpful. Location is the biggest plus of this apartment, there are a couple of mini-markets nearby, and basically you don't need to drive to reach the best local restaurants. They kept the suite very clean, it is cleaned every 3rd day. You get a key to a nearby parking lot (if you are here by car, trust me you'll need it). The view from the balcony was better than expected, it doesn't look as good on the pictures. And the balcony itself is very spacious. WiFi was fast, rare to find in Greece.

The not so nice: The kitchen for cooking is located in the backyard, and you need to share it with other residents, but it seems that this is the norm on Lefkada. In the suite itself, you only have one stove that can prepare morning coffee. There is no microwave anywhere. The lighting on the balcony was very bad, and we had to improvise in order to have dinner in the evening. And the bathroom... First, you need to pay attention to manually turn the water boiler on or off in order to have warm water. You would expect to just not need to take care about that at this price. The water pressure is unpredictable, sometimes it's just barely there. Apparently it is affected by the usage from other residents. The shower cannot fit two people. And there's no place to put any of your things, like...

Small room but with a pleasant rustic atmosphere, equipped with a kitchenette and air conditioning. The balcony, on the other hand, is very generous and perfect for coffee and breakfast or an evening drink. The location is the strong point, being right at the beginning of the pedestrian path that leads to the sea - a quiet area but close to taverns and the beach Agios Nikitas. The room is spacious,great amenities, big comfortable bed and a great bathroom. Location is perfect and the fact that they provided parking makes everything so much easier in the busy Agios Nikitas.
