To Steki — Restaurant in Lefkada Municipality

We stayed in ag. Nikitas for 6 days. 5 of which we ate at this place. That alone says it all! And we are not the kind of people that like to repeat places they visit.

The restaurant is apparently run from a father and his two sons. Service was always prompt and kind.

The portions were really rich, like nowhere you have seen (and for the price!) and soo deliciously prepared on the grill. We tried the pork Souvlaki, pork Gyros, grilled Octopus, grilled Squid, mixed Seafood plate and mixed Grill plate (on different days 😄) also Greek Salad and Grilled Feta Cheese. Out of everything, maybe only the Gyros was not in my taste, but you can have gyros everywhere in Greece, but the rest of the food here was exceptional. I am so sad I don't have pictures of every plate, but trust me, you will not be disappointed. Prices were on point and quality outstanding! If I ever come back to ag. My boyfriend first went to the car to put some things away, so I ordered alone. The special gyros plate was big and delicious, but my experience with the service wasn’t great. When I ordered alone as a woman, the waiter wasn’t friendly—he wouldn’t even look me in the eye, even when he brought the drinks. Later, when my boyfriend joined me, the attitude completely changed. Our favorite place in Agios Nikitas! Cannot recommend this place enough, I am so happy to have stumbled upon it on our first day, we were starving and had the gyros which is incredible, tasty and filling. We ate here 3 or 4 more times afterwards, trying new things. The stuffed squid is delicios, we also loved the moussaka and pastitsio. Their house wine is good and not pricey.
