Pension Kyriakos — Hotel in Municipality of Agios Vasileios

We stayed one night, here, pre booked on line, whilst we were visiting the south coast with a hire car from Chania during our holiday. The welcome was kind and friendly. The room was clean, spacious, well furnished and just perfect for our stay. There was a decent bathroom ( wet room), plenty of hanging and drawer space, a fridge, kettle, etc., wooden shutters to a patio door leading to a small sitting out space. It was across from the car park and just up a side street from the main shore road so a very short walk to where we had dinner and again to where we had a lovely breakfast the next day. Great value. We had a few days with the friendly Tzanidakis family, and will recommend this hotel to others. The room was nice and clean, with good sized balcony. Sheets and towels changed daily! Good wardrobe with plenty of clothes hangers (a rare experience), and the kitchenette sufficient for our need (to make breakfast). Good Wi-Fi connection. This is not anything fancy or impressive but its owned and run by good people who go out of their way to make your stay a pleasurable one. The room is very clean, with plenty of space. Reasonably priced, very quiet and good balconies, A/C and WiFi! Just a minute or two walk from the beach (200m). For budget vacations its a great choice!
