Bit of a mixed bag of reviews. On arrival we were quite rudely told our room isn’t ready and we are early and that the only place we can put our bags is in the breakfast restaurant where all guests were eating. I wasn’t the most comfortable with this especially with my bag having my work laptop in and expensive tech gadgets in. There is also a locked office room that he didn’t suggest, so my arrival after a long travel was not the best. Our aircon broke and it was 30 degrees and very hot so we had to contact them via Booking.com to come and help us due to there never being staff on the premises. Another occasion we accidentally left our expensive designer towels out by the pool and they weren’t there anymore, assuming the cleaners in the morning took them, and 2 days passed and we couldn’t ask anyone where our towels were as no staff were to be seen. After breakfast the hotel totally shuts. One thing to bear in mind is, the hotel is tiny. Other than one room where the breakfast is held, alongside the bar, one sofa and a TV which is on a wall and very small, there is nothing else there so if you’re seeking a hotel with atmosphere this isn’t for you. It’s empty, no music, and no staff, so very secluded which I liked as I was actually working whilst I was there so there was no guest noise at all and one positive is that the WiFi is good! But you did have to reconnect to it every time you used your TV in your room which was annoying. But if I wanted a drink whilst I worked, I had to walk 10 minutes down the road to a shop as the “bar” was never open or serving soft or alcoholic drinks. ||So other than having a broken aircon, no staff, no atmosphere, a rude entry, no bar to get drinks, and the swimming pool never being cleaned, it was not unsleepable. I mean it was probably one level above hostel. But if you like beetles in your swimming pool and bugs all around the pool, hit this place up. It’s like a safari. ||And on our checkout day, there was no staff around at all and a child (around 9 years old maybe) was sat at the front desk, so the only way for me to checkout was by giving my key to him....

A lovely hotel in a secluded, quiet area—perfect for a romantic getaway. Everything was very clean, breakfast was nice, and the pool was large and mostly empty, so it felt almost private to us. Our ground-floor room was right next to the pool, and we could step out straight from the balcony! If we ever go back to this part of the island, I'd hapilly go back to this hotel again.

Mr. Gregory was incredibly helpful. We rented a car from him, and the process was super easy—the car was delivered to the airport when we arrived and we were dropped off there again at the end. The Toyota Aygo was clean and handled the drive to Elafonisi through the mountains with no problem.

The only small downside was the Wi-Fi and phone signal. The Wi-Fi appeared strong, but the internet barely worked, and I had trouble getting mobile signal in the room. Still, you’re not in Greece to sit on your phone—so not a big deal for us. :)

Also, we had a very friendly tuxedo cat visiting us every morning and evening on the balcony. She was clean and friendly, and everytime she saw us, she'd run towards us and meow at us, and that made our day. We miss...

Very well-administrated complex, we can totally recommend it! Garden, swimming pool and a whole space around hotel in overall is cleaned everyday, same with rooms. You can see that the staff cares :).

Rooms themselves are clean, fresh, with comfortable bed, desk, wardrobe and fridge, but it would be nice to have an electric kettle.

Breakfasts are tasty and varied - coffee, tea, juice, bread, jams, oats, fruits, cakes, tortillas, eggs, feta, sausages. You wont be bored. And you'll have a perfect meowing-company sitting next to your chair!

Owner and the service team are polite and always happy to help. They welcomed us and gave ice-cold water, that was beneficial :D

We had a car all the time, but we can say the complex is stated on a hill, so be prepared for a little hike, especially from the beach and main road.

There is a swimming pool too, but water was to cold so we didnt use it, there are also a lot of deckchairs with umbrellas so you can chill even without entering to the pool.

Theres an option to rent a car, but we took a vehicle directly from the airport. However the fleet...

Very clean and nice hotel in a quiet location (you are hearing singing birds, not the street trafić), with a clean pool and sunbeds. Walking distance (5 mins) to main street, markets, taverna and a beach. Super location for car travelers - close to highway entrance so you can easyli avoid town traffic when starting a trip and coming back. Big rooms! And a quiet large balony. Breakfast are at really reanoable and good level, each day a little different meals being served what is great when you stay for couple of days. I liked the coffee for its mild taste and balance. I saw there is a table tennis and other games for guests, you also can rent a bike. Worth knowing: You need to park your car outsider the hotel area, on the street, but for 5 days I did not have a problem to find a spot literally just next to the hotel. What I was very missing was a glasses in the room and had to dring my water from a bottle... Anyway definetely 5 star place considering the price levels.

We stayed at the hotel for 13 days at the beginning of May. We really enjoyed our stay. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, speaking very good English. There was no problem with quite earlier check in. Our room was spacious and very clean (as the rest of the hotel), air conditioning was good. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed regularly. Breakfasts were very tasty offering traditional dishes and Greek goods like feta of olives. The location of the hotel is very good, 5 minutes walk from very good and cheap pita place and small supermarket, 10 minutes from the beach, 50 minutes walk to Chania. About 30-80 minutes drive to lots of good to see spots, like beaches or sightseeing. The hotel also offers car rental as well as bikes. The prices are good and you can park near the hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much and will recommend this place to our friends and family. Thanks again for hosting us!
