My partner and I were supposed to stay at the hotel last September, unfortunately the day we were supposed to get on the island, the ferry was canceled due to the strong wind and bad weather conditions; we tried to nook a ferry for the next day but the first ferry available would have been 4 days after (that would have given us only one day in Milos).|We informed the hotel owner right away asking to cancel our stay and if it was possible to get a full refund, due to the unusual situation but he says he wouldn't. Our cancellation policy clearly included a 50% refund if the cancellation was done within the same day and a 0% refund if the hosts wouldn't show up.||The next day I've received an email from Booking asking why we hadn't shown up at the property, so I got really confused as I had informed the owner and cancelled the reservation the day before.|I tried to contact the property but my Booking chat was disappeared so I tried to call and the lady deliberately hang up on me. ||I contacted Booking and they tried several time to reach out to the hotel and convince them to give us the 50% refund but without succeeding.||At the end of the day, not only we had to cancel our trip but we lost the full amount of the reservation.||So I strongly don't recommend this hotel as the owners are VERY...

Read moreThis was probably our favorite stay in all of our stays in Greece. We talk constantly about how much we loved it. We stayed in a suite that had a large private deck and pool, and the suit itself had a kitchen and large bathroom in it. It is very newly renovated, and it shows. It is beautiful! Also (this was such a plus in late June in Milos) the air conditioner worked SO well. We actually got cold and had to turn it down, which was a first for all of our stays. The owners were so kind and welcoming. The entire property felt like a home away from home. Each night, the owner will ask you to fill out a breakfast order card, then they will drop it off in a picnic basket at a time you choose.
