Ice Monkey serves up tasty, fresh sandwiches at great prices in a chilled spot, but the flat service takes a bit of shine off an otherwise solid experience.
We were craving something fresh and light, and Ice Monkey hit the mark nicely.
Food (4.5/5): The sandwiches were just what we wanted, fresh, flavourful, and satisfying. At around €4 each, the value is hard to beat, especially given the location. They also do juices and other light bites, which looked good… when available.
Service (3/5): This was the only real letdown. Staff didn’t seem too enthusiastic, no smiles, no warmth. Not rude, just a bit disengaged, which stood out given how friendly most places in Greece have been.
Atmosphere (4/5): Cool, relaxed vibe. Nice to sit out front, enjoy the sun, and watch the street activity.
Other Notes: They only prepare what they can for the day, so once they’re out, that’s it. We tried to order juice, but they’d run out of fruit. Bit of a bummer, but at least it shows everything’s made fresh.
Overall: Tasty food, good prices, and a relaxed spot to grab a casual bite. Just wish the service had a bit more spark.

Read moreI first gave Ice Monkey five stars ⭐️ But after three days in row consuming breakfast I changed my mind.
The Staff is friendly but sometimes a bit hush during stressful times. It is a bit chaotic and two of three orders have been messed up.
For example: One Filter Coffee black and a NES Frappe with little sugar and little milk. Both came with little sugar and little milk.
The one thing which made me a bit sad is the production of the juices.
The venue has a blender, a citrus juicer and a regular juicer. Each time we ordered the production of the juice was different. On occasion perfectly done - twice the whole juice made in a blender. The result was a juice with nibbets and bits.
Otherwise - the quality of the coffee and the snacks are...

You must definitely try the mpougatsa! The staff is very friendly and quick too. Finally, you can have your coffee sitting on the place's stools outside and enjoying the breathtaking and relaxing views of adamas Bay and Port! It is a Must...
