We hesitated before writing this review because we understand it could impact their business, especially since they operate for only three months each year. However, I feel it’s important to set realistic expectations for future guests. Unfortunately, the pictures provided do not accurately represent the reality of this property. While professional photos can sometimes enhance the appearance of a place, in this case, I believe we were completely misled.||What’s Nice:||The location is indeed stunning. The property has its own garden with direct access to the beach, which is a real highlight. Cristo, the host, is also pleasant and accommodating.||The Reality:||The building's facade is clean, giving the impression of a newly renovated hotel. However, this is misleading as the property clearly shows signs of wear and tear. While our room had a nice view, it was old and tired, with outdated tiles and a mix of old furniture and very cheap new pieces. The wardrobe was tiny, with only three hangers, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. Dust covered the side tables and the inside of drawers, and we found hair from previous guests scattered around the room. A vacuum cleaner might help, though I never saw one being used. The room was so unclean that I found myself wearing slippers at all times inside because I felt it was too disgusting to walk around barefoot.||The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. It was of very poor quality, with no window and a nauseating smell of drainage. While you could argue that this might be an island-wide issue, we stayed in other accommodations on the same island without encountering this problem. The shower felt dirty, looked dirty, and had a curtain so short that water ended up all over the floor. ||On our first day, our room was not cleaned, the bed was not made, and our towels were not changed. Only after we asked did they finally take care of it. The sink, oddly placed outside the bathroom, was poorly designed, causing water to spill everywhere each time it was used.||While the garden does offer a lovely view, it features a mix of outdoor furniture that looks as though it has been collected from different places, resulting in a disjointed appearance.||Finally, the breakfast, which is not included in the already steep price, costs €20 per person. This is far more expensive than what we paid at a five-star hotel on Folegandros just a week earlier and double the price of breakfast options in nearby Pollonia.||Conclusion:||It’s unfortunate, but the bathroom situation greatly affected our overall experience. We didn’t feel comfortable using the shower or spending much time in the room at all. The pictures are highly misleading and do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. ||If this is your primary business, more effort is needed to ensure that guests leave with positive impressions and are inclined to recommend your property to others or return themselves. A beautiful location and view, along with a few decorative elements, are simply not enough to succeed in the...
Read moreThis is a prefect example of how skilled marketing and expert photography could be utterly misleading. We had two rooms facing the ocean- although the view was beautiful, the rooms were so basic, and small that we bumped into each other every time we needed to move around the room (walk to the shower/bathroom). We had no bedside table- not even a wooden box to put our phones for charging next to our beds overnight. There is effectively no reception desk service, which is fine if you market this accomodation as ‘basic rooms by the ocean’ only. We had several email communication from multiple people from Noon Beyond prior to our arrival. Each email was well written (now we know it must have been either ChatGPT or an outsourced marketing company) signed by various people with their professionally-taken photos under their note. It was misleading because it gave the impression of a reasonable amount of service at the property. There is no one at the property. Christos is a very nice guy, and responsive, but like a lot of the locals, manages other properties and comes and goes. The reception desk looked something like a 2 star motel, with handmade bags for sale on the shelves, ‘for a good cause’ - handwritten sign. There is a photo online of a hot tub or a small lounge pool, which has nothing to do with this property. Furniture in the rooms is very sparse, wardrobe is an IKEA like rack with 3 plastic hangers. Most importantly we thought the property was well over-priced relative to its amenities and facilities and compared to other accomodation in Milos. We were so surprised and disappointed with the condition of the rooms that we checked out after the 2nd day (with no refund) and went to a resort and paid only 20% higher for a proper resort with...
Read moreTHE BEST HOSPITAL(ITY) IN MILOS
where do I even begin… I arrived solo in Milos and was very excited about staying in Noon accommodation.
From the first phone call to this last minute, everything was absolutely spot on. I contacted christos before arriving, he was super friendly and professional and made Sure I have all the info I need. But wait it’s gets better. The first day I arrived, I rented a scooter with the help of Christos and of course, me being clumsy I fell and got hurt, christos arrived in less then 30 minutes to the hotel and took care of me as I was a more then just a guest.
He made sure in ok and have everything I need. He has THE BEST recommendations for everything. As a big foodie, I approve his recommendations. All the attractions and everything was amazing
On my last day, Today, I fell AGAIN This time I had to go to the hospital and Christos came to be with me for the entire time I was there. I couldn’t be more thankful for “falling” on the right people.
The rest of the hotel staff is STUNNING absolutely amazing!! They treated me like family. Last night one of then even got me a glass of nice liquor and the day before offered me gyros for dinner. I felt so welcome and so at home. I’m thankful to have this experience with them.
The room was spacious and clean, modern, had everything I needed. Not too fancy as the picture showed when I booked it tho.
The view is UNBELIEVABLY nice. The beach is a few steps away and you could just lay there all day long.
I’ll let the pictures talk.
Stay at noon accommodation, tell christos you came because you saw Mia’s comment and I convinced you 🤪
You will...
