From the moment we arrived we felt as if we were transported back in time. Monemvasia is truly a magical place and we are so happy to have stayed in the castle and at Casa Felice. Upon arrival we were greeted with such hospitality as if we were family. The children enjoy Casa Felice and how whimsical it felt. The multilevel home built into a mountain many year ago and completely renovated to satisfy all modern day needs. We were is awe of its beauty. We were looking for a place to live the spirit of Monemvasia and found this historical house that could have been a museum on its own, much credit to its owner Ms Eftihia (meaning Felicia!) We immediately felt with how much love and care every detail was arranged there for us, from the most comfortable beds to the great selection of vines. The location is superb, just a step away from the central street and the seaside, yet very quite. The view from the balcony is amazing as well. Incredible accommodation! Beautiful house, very cosy and nicely decorated. Very spacious for up to 6 people. The host was lovely, very helpful, welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed! The house is in the best location inside the castle, very close (1min) to the entrance so it’s easy to access.
