Nice host, cosy little place in a quiet space in the middle of Monemvasia - the bath looked super modernized. I would recommend to prep some breakfast or so, then you can really enjoy the rooftop terrace to the fullest with an awesome view!! My tip before the visit: prepare you stuff in a way to easily carry it! You will park along the street to Monemvasia or you get your stuff ready and easily take the bus. I could imagine this might be senseful on very hot days

It is a magical guesthouse with a breathtaking view! It gives you a feeling of comfort, warmth and relaxation. It is also worth to mention that is very clean and with friendly prices!

Αν βρεθείς στη Μονεμβασιά, σίγουρα πρεπει να μείνεις στο Kissamitakis Guesthouse! Καταπληκτικό σπίτι! Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, με εύκολη, μικρή διαδρομή. Πεντακάθαρο, με τελειο κρεβάτι, απίστευτο μπαλκόνι και θέα! O οικοδεσπότης μας ε-ξαι-ρε-τι-κός. Από τους λίγους πλέον Έλληνες και ντόπιους ιδιοκτήτες. Μας έδωσε άπειρες πληροφορίες για τη Μονεμβασιά. Και ήταν διαθέσιμος ανά πάσα στιγμή για ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Γιώργο υπερευχαριστούμε! Keep it up, you are the best!

We had a wonderful stay at this traditional stone house in Monemvasia. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the center of the village, yet peaceful and quiet. The house itself is full of character, beautifully maintained, and offers a stunning view of the sea from the balcony, which made our mornings and evenings truly special.

Kitchen and bathroom basic, but the location a bit away from the crowds and the great terrace which has views of both the mountain and the sea is really worth the price. Visit it...
