Aeonic Suites & Spa — Hotel in Municipality of Mykonos

Aeonic, I don't think any review I leave will give justice to just how amazing you guys are. We are truly blown away by every aspect of our stay, and even a week later, I find myself reminiscing of what felt like an absolute dream.||We stayed with you from your opening, April 28th - May 2nd. From pick up at the airport that morning, to drop off the day we left, every single detail was thought of meticulously. The level of hospitality we experienced on our trip is my new "diamond level" eschalon of service in which all others will be compared to for the rest of my life. It is truly impressive how seamless and how well you guys have it down.||We were warmly greeted by everyone and were happy to be your first customers this season! The premises are immaculately clean, sleek, and beautiful. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, not to mention dressed beautifully. We were given a tour of the property, including the restaurant Cove and the Genesis Spa. It was so exciting to see all of the amazing amenities. They offered us breakfast and ushered us to Cove, where we met the Maitre De, Vasilis, and Chef Stavros... little did we know what we were in for!||Our welcome drinks were there waiting for us, and my God, they were incredible. The juices used were out of this world, and the garnishes were purposeful, where you taste through your senses before you take a sip. We were unsure what to expect, and we found ourselves in the most beautiful and tastefully decorated restaurant. It almost felt silly that we were wearing our joggers still, but it didn't matter. Vasilis brought us multiple plates of fresh baked croissants and breads, jams, butters, and honeys; meats, cheeses, and breadsticks that were fresh and amazing. We ordered the pastrami benedict before we even realized they were bringing us this amazing spread! Let me tell you, it was incredible. Chef Stavros came out to check if everything was to our liking, which was an understatement. We were super impressed by all of it. Visilis was not only intelligent and knowledgeable but incredibly personable and friendly. My boyfriend has never experienced five-star hospitality before, and Visilis and all the staff made both of us so comfortable to ask questions, as silly as they sounded. That in itself made our trip just that much more comfortable. We didn't feel out of place, we could ask questions, and we were eager to learn all we could about hospitality and Greek culture. I feel that Chef Stavros echoed that feeling and really embraced our willingness to try new things and learn.||We were shown to our room, which was stunning and exceptionally clean. Our bags were waiting for us, as well as a welcome letter, a plate of fruit, some sweet treats, and a bottle of wine! There was even a pillow menu to select from. The view from the room overlooked the ocean and our own personal pool. We were unbelievably happy, and the bed was so comfortable! We fell asleep and ended up ordering late room service and drinks, which again were fantastic.||We ate at Cove several times for both breakfast and dinner, where we were greeted by Visilis and Chef Stavros again. What amazing people! Visilis is a level 3 sommelier, and it is pretty incredible to hear about and experience his expertise!||We planned to have the Omakase Experience the following night, and they made sure to check if we had any dislikes or allergies. It was the most memorable and incredible dinner with wine pairing we had EVER had. This is a MUST experience. I didn't even take pictures of this night; we were speechless. Chef Stavros is brilliantly talented. Wow.||We had a couples massage that was beyond relaxing and rejuvenating. Petroula was both my masseuse and also my nail tech! We got to chat for hours, and I adore her!||Even the day we left, they packed us airport snacks and iced coffee to go! Aeonic, your hospitality is incredible, and your staff is even better. The Aeonic Suites & Spa gave us an absolutely 5 star experience during our stay. From the moment we arrived at the airport and were greeted by the shuttle driver until the day we checked out, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. There were plates of complimentary fruit and sweets waiting in our room when were escorted there by the front desk staff. The restaurant staff is friendly and efficient, and the food was spectacular. Every dish we tried was delicious, with beautiful presentation. Unique cocktails and a selection of Greek wines were the perfect accompaniments. It would be easy for the Aeonic to get bookings because of their location overlooking a quiet cove, or based on their rooms. Many rooms have private, generously sized plunge pools, some have hot tubs on the balconies. The hotel and rooms have a modern design from natural elements, and the result is gorgeous. The gym is small but well equipped. The spa area is unique, and the staff, as always, was wonderful. When we went to the port area, the staff helpfully gave us restaurant recommendations and arranged for our transportation there and back. When we told them our flight did not leave Mykonos until late in the evening, they gave us a generous late check out and welcomed us to use the facility until we left. I should also note that we were there in October during their closing weekend. They still went 100% in their hospitality and the hotel was immaculately kept. Housekeeping came twice a day to replace towels, empty trash and put water bottles on the bedside tables each evening. The staff of the Aeonic don’t just have a gorgeous facility in a popular destination, they have an attention to detail that made our stay the most memorable one we have ever had, and we can not wait to return.
