Margaret Of Naxos — Hotel in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

This was our 2nd time to Naxos but first time staying at Margaret’s. |We arrived to a lovely welcome, nice piece of cake and a drink. Vaggelis was very helpful and friendly. |He helped us with our luggage and showed us to our lovely room. |It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We chose the junior suite. It had everything we needed and was a good size. The air con worked well and so did the shower, with fresh towels regularly. ||The breakfast which looked amazing and tasted amazing changed daily. |Hot and cold dishes, yoghurt, fresh fruit. Which you took to your room/balcony to eat. |The cakes and pastries and pies were delicious. Shout out to Voula , for preparing and making our breakfast | we looked forward to it everyday. ||Margaret’s is down a small side road which is opposite the beach and close to many lovely restaurants. |At night in your room it was very quiet, you wouldn’t know you were in the middle of Agios Prokopios. |Everything here is on your doorstep . ||We had a car for the duration of our holiday so got to see the wonderful beaches, villages, first time to Apollonas, which we loved had a great lunch there at Nikos Tavern |Drove up to Rotunda restaurant one evening , just before the village of Apeiranthos for dinner .|We went in the daytime last year and it was lovely ,it was amazing at night. |Went Naousa, Paros for the day by ferry. Very pretty , spent time wandering around the streets and the beach. |A lot more expensive than Naxos. |Went into to Naxos town quite a bit which is a lovely town about 15 mins drive or there is a bus stop close to Margaret’s. ||We loved it so much we are coming back . We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully organized, including a shuttle that picked us up from the port, making our arrival smooth and easy.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the very beginning. The owner greeted us with some delicious kitron liqueur and a homemade dessert, which was such a lovely and personal touch. All the staff were genuinely kind and attentive.

Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a mini bar, beach towels, and even a private hot tub on the balcony, which was perfect for relaxing during the cooler evenings.

Breakfast was a real highlight. A selection of fresh items prepared with care. While there’s no dining room and breakfast is brought to your room from the buffet, we actually enjoyed this setup. It made our mornings feel cozy and relaxed, and we had read about it before booking, so it was no surprise.

We stayed at this property for three nights and couldn’t have made a better choice. The place is new, spotless, and carefully designed, with great attention to detail and guest comfort that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful — we truly felt looked after from the very beginning.

Breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of sweet and savory options freshly prepared every day, plus great coffee you can enjoy on your terrace.

We also really appreciated the keyless room access via code — super convenient when you’re on holiday and don’t want to carry keys around.

And last but definitely not least: the location. In under 20 seconds after closing your room door, you’re barefoot on the sand of one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
