Elves Studios & Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Northern Corfu

We stayed here a few weeks ago, throughout our 10 day holiday we had many issues. We were constantly moved rooms to accommodate other guest, asked to move into a room that had a floating floor steep steps annd no banister very unsuitable for my 13 month old baby who could have quite easily wandered towards the edge which was a sheer drop to the ground floor. Once we said no as it was not viable for We were hounded by staff as well as the other guest. Meaning my parents had ended moving room 3 times slowly downsizing more and more after paying for two family rooms and not even able to unpack their suitcases. My room was then taken for us on the last night meaning we then had to swap into another member of our party’s room that didn’t have children leaving them on a single bed on the floor in my mums room. The hotel have now replied to our review stating how we “snuck people into our rooms” however they provided the bed for our guest to stay in there.we had no water for one full day. The Wi-Fi did not work, there were door handles Falling off all over. Sinks that didn’t drain. We didn’t have a proper clean just fresh towels left on the...

Do not stay , we had an awful time being hassled for our rooms . We had 4 rooms in total , guests and staff were trying there upmost for our ground floor accommodation saying it was for others with a disability whom were already in a down stairs apartment! It ended up with us moving rooms 3 times each time to a smaller room , the two family rooms that were booked eventually we had none ! The owners gave us a spare bed so we could put up two guests as by this point we didn’t have enough room ! Since my reviews they have made up lots of lies ! Saying we snuck people in to the room ! We left it dirty etc ! Thank god we summed them up well and have all proof ! They will not refund ! The WiFi didn’t work , we had no water all day one day , mould in apartments , no full clean in ten days ! Just towels left on tables in and outside property ! You should not move satisfied guests for unsatisfied guests ! We had paid for them rooms and we showed compassion to the other people by moving three times so do not make up lies !
