Vassiliki-Eritha Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Paxos

Stayed here for a week, and I highly recommend it.

The location is absolutely perfect, the centre of Lakka is probably 30 seconds walk. You have access to more than one well stocked mini market within that 30 seconds, not to mention a large choice of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The harbour is maybe a 45 second walk. All in all location is 10/10.

The room we stayed in (and from what I can tell all the other rooms too), had large balconies with a fantastic view over Lakka (see photos). Great for relaxing with a drink in the evening, or enjoying your breakfast in the morning. Also plenty of space to dry clothes/beach towels (a clothes horse/dryer was on the balcony).

As other reviews have mentioned this hotel is spotlessly clean. They also came and cleaned the room and changed sheets on a daily basis (if you don't need that regularity, just let them know).

The air conditioning and WIFI worked flawlessly, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all we needed (stove, kettle, fridge/freezer, sink, cutlery, plates etc.). The shower always had hot water. There was a mosquito screen on the balcony door too. The room also had a TV and plenty of storage for clothes/accessories.

The guys running the place (Giorgos and Vangelis) are extremely helpful, and really pleasant to deal with. Incidentally, If you are into beautiful peaceful beaches then be sure to ask them how to get to Orkos beach, which is very close by (google maps is no use here). It requires a 10-15min trek from the road, but is well worth it. It is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful beaches on Paxos, and right on your doorstep.

The only other thing to mention is access to the rooms is via external steps, which if you have limited mobility might be an issue. I was on the fourth floor, and it was 71 steps to get to the room (less on lower floors). Not an issue, but something to...

Stayed for a week in September. The place is a few steps from everything in this gorgeous little town. The rooms are perfect from the cleanliness to the ac and amenities. Erida was helpful with everything we needed in a quick and gentle matter. She helped us with the ferry schedules and transportation to and from the main port of the island by arranging a taxi for us. Τρομερή η τοποθεσία του ακινήτου , τρομερή καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο το οποίο έχριζε ανακαίνισης αλλά με τη τόσο καλή φιλοξενία, τη τοποθεσία και τη καθαριότητα, το κομμάτι της ανακαίνισης έρχεται τελευταίο. Πραγματικά τα παιδιά στο κατάλυμα είναι ευγενέστατα, άκρως εξυπηρετικά και φιλόξενα. Έχουμε κάνει πολλά ταξίδια σε εσωτερικό και εξωτερικό, και είναι η καλύτερη φιλοξενία με τεράστια διαφορά που δεχτήκαμε από την Κωνσταντίνα και τον Βαγγέλη. Είχαμε και τη γατούλα μας μαζί, την οποία πρώτη φορά πήραμε μαζί μας και είχαμε άγχος. Τα παιδιά μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε απίστευτα άνετα , τους ζητήσαμε να βρούμε μια μέση λύση σχετικά με τη καθαριότητα του δωματίου ώστε να μη διακινδυνεύσουμε και φύγει η γατούλα από το δωμάτιο , και μας εξυπηρέτησαν πραγματικά με τον καλύτερο τρόπο. Για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε , μας βοήθησαν! Πραγματικά συγχαρητήρια για όλα! Είστε 5/5! Προτείνουμε το κατάλυμα σε όλο τον κόσμο που ταξιδεύει στους Παξούς. Εμείς σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε!
