I had a great meal at Ambrosia. I did not have a lot of time as I took a boat tour from Corfu's Old Port to Paxos and Antipaxos. Nevertheless, I stopped at Ambrosia with another 4 visitors and enjoyed a delicious lunch of Zucchini fritters, greek salad, pork souvlaki, sardines and french fries. All were delicious. We had sparkling water and still water (both 1.5L) and more ice than you could imagine on such a hot day. There were no annoyed sighs at our apologetic, we just like ice requests, just wonderful, friendly service. We then ended the meal with 3 large cappucinos, which were fabulous. Wonderful place to have dinner by the water, the most reasonably priced waterside restaurant in Lakka and one of the most reasonably in Lakka itself. The food is delicious and authentic, the view is beautiful and staff are fantastic and couldn’t do enough. It’s also the only place I found on the whole of Paxos that has pitta bread and that makes it pretty special and there is nothing like pitta bread to go with your saganki. Lovely bistro by the harbor in Lakka! Located on the way to the old school, Amvrosia quickly became one of our favorite spots. The owners are incredibly friendly and attentive.
