Use to be a great place. Not anymore. Since they made partnership with L’ Artigiano many things have changed.

The French fries they have are different, too ordinary, not crispy on the edges like the old ones and they get mushy easily. Like in any other burger house. The spicy mayo does not taste the same as it use to, it is not spicy enough. The most important though is that they use to have Angus patties (something you can still see in their website where they have not updated it yet!). Now, when you are sited they pass you a catalog that does not say - in any burger ingredients - the word Angus. By mistake, surely not I would say because it tastes different. Last, they can never bring you the burger as you order it, medium, medium-rare etc.

Too bad that another great initiative for good burgers have been ruined like that by another franchise company (or by the actual owners indifference about quality) but it’s ok because someone else will grasp the chance to create something true and original.

My two stars for the quantity and the price. Nothing more than that.

Do yourself a favor and try find the new underdog of burgers in town if...

Overall place is very popular among people, we had to wait in the line till we got a table, but in case we were only 2 persons, our time came fast. Maybe i had very high expectanions, but i was not fully satisfied. I ordered a spicy one "very hot" which had home made red spicy sauce with jellapenos. The biggest thing which destroyed the good experience with this burger was that it was basically a burger soup. Everything was swimming in the sauce and base bread was melted in it. I could not eat it normally, coz it was not solid. And i would not say that it was very hot. Sauce was a lot, but it didn't make it really so hot. However, my boyfriend made better choice and his burger with egg and bacon was a solid one and you didn't need a spoon to eat it. Everything else was ok, products seems quality, fresh, service also was good. I do not blame the place, just my choice was wrong, but hey, maybe some people likes burger soups. Everyone has his...

My review was a 4 star 7 month ago...now unfortunately I have the confirmation that my last impression that something was wrong, is confirmed, with the last week's experience...not only the fries were re-heated (brownish and very heavy as taste). The "black Angus" burger had nothing to do with REAL burger that we had been tasting the last 2 years....WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS???? The meat was almost whitish and very hard, the taste and smell was not black Angus at all. Even the bacon was changed! This is not my opinion only...It is the same of all my friends (5 people that had completely different plates and days of visit). GET SERIOUS PLEASE AND GET BACK TO YOUR KNOWN QUALITY...EMERGING ISSUE...no wonder why there are no waiting lines any more as there were in the past glorious times...GET SERIOUS BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE, THIS IS UNDERESTIMATING...
