Tasty Corner — Restaurant in Municipality of Piraeus

If i could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I are not from here, we just came to visit so we are foreigners. First we waited at least 15 minutes next to a table for the waiter to clean it, I understand there was other people to serve but the table was literally empty just needed the waiter to clean, he kept going left and right and ignoring us like he wanted us to leave. Then when we got finally seated, we waited another 20 minutes for the waiter to come take our orders and when he finally did, we waited another 30 minutes for the food to arrive, by that time there was already other people that came AFTER us and received their orders. Our drinks never arrived and when we went to pay we got charged for them. I demanded to speak to a manager and the waiter told me there was no one I could only speak to him or to another waiter which I did, I told them it is NOT normal to wait this long for a fast food meanwhile other people who came way after us already got their orders, they said sure you are right and just laughed it off while we left. Overall it was a 0/5 experience, the food wasn’t even that tasty there was nothing special about it. We were the only foreigners in the restaurant, all the other people were Greek maybe that’s why they ignored us and treated us like we shouldn’t even be here to begin with. To be honest at first glance seeing most of the tables empty was discouraging, but my friends were really hungry and we decided to try it. We were not disappointed! The service was really nice and kind, always calm and smiling and the food... It was quite amazing! And what a variety... You could order from gyros and souvlaki to main dishes you would expect to find at a proper restaurant rather than a place that prepares gyros (usually in Greece that is the norm).
