Elisso Villas — Hotel in Municipality of Sifnos

The owners are friendly and helpful. They are offsite in winter. The place has 1 villa and 3 studios.

I came in off season, November for the winter.

Only a very few visitors at this time of year. So, no restaurants open. Only a basic needs Mini Market, operated by Katrina. Temps range 16c to 23c. Lower in winter. Sea is about 20c and cooling.

Bus services is set for school children to go to Apalona. 07:30 depart, return 14:00. Monday to Friday. 2E fee. Can rent a car or scotter here if needed.

If you only need what Katerina offers at her store then there is no need for a car or scooter or bus, unless you want to drive or travel to other places.

We had the most wonderful two week holiday at Elissos villa. The villa is beautiful with a large garden and shady terraces. The villa had everything we needed( and more!) it is a very short walk to the beach through the garden. The bus stop was at the end of the garden too! Our villa was very clean and our lovely maid came every three days to clean and change the laundry, she was delightful! I can 100% recommend Elissos villa for a beautiful holiday on Sifnos… lots of restaurants along the beach and a short...

Elisso Villas was one of our favourite Greek island escapes. The setting is so peaceful among the olives and lemons in the mountain foothills, yet so close to everything in the centre of Platis Yialos (beach, cafes, tavernas, bus stop, mini market and bakery etc.).
